Jia Yu wants to become a housewife and tells Zhen Hao she wants to quit her job. Zhen Hao, who has just lost his job, is shocked and advises her not to quit for now. Jia Yu tries to imitate Liu Hui Rong’s thriftiness and reduces the amount of food at home. Hui Rong and Zhen Hao are overcome by hunger, and they sneak into the kitchen late at night to eat something.  A friend introduces a new boyfriend to Zhen Xin, and Cao Shu Feng becomes jealous. Actually, Zhen Xin and Shu Feng have become closer, and she confides in him about everything, but she doesn’t think about him that way. Shu Feng suggests that they start a business together, and Zhen Xin agrees without thinking too much about it. Zhen Hao tries to find a new job but is unsuccessful. He discovers that Wang Yu Fei is behind it and angrily goes back to his old office to beat Yu Fei up. Zhen Hao gets injured as well. Hui Rong sees his injuries and is shocked. She finds out that he’s lost his job. While on a video call with Zhen Hao, Jia Yu realises that he refuses to show his face and gets suspicious. To get out of the call, Zhen Hao says he’s tired. When it’s time to give Jia Yu his pay, Zhen Hao borries money from Zhen Xin. Jia Yu is happy when she sees that the money is in. (Source: Viu)
