Season: 1

At this point, the young couple arrive home, holding hands. Unexpectedly, they see both families there, looking stern. Faced with this situation, they forget what they've planned to say and are just at a loss for words. Thankfully, Zhen Xin and Li Chang Sheng try to mediate the situation, and the couple slowly regain their senses. They hesitantly present their case to the parents of both families. Suddenly, Jia Yu's mom started to cry and scold her daughter in Taiwan. Jia Yu doesn't know what to do. The scene is chaotic, and both families part unhappily. Jia Yu's parents drag her away. Liu Hui Rong flies into a rage and refuses to acknowledge their marriage. Zhen Hao executes a clever tactic, and Liu Hui Rong has no choice but to accept reality. Jia Yu's parents have a bigger reaction than Liu Hui Rong. In desperation, Jia Yu and Zhen Hao try to perform a fake "slitting the wrists" suicide. Jia Yu's parents list three conditions for them to acknowledge Zhen Hao as their son-in-law. First, Jia Yu must carry on working while married. Second, they cannot have children within three years. Third, Zhen Hao must marry into their family and move to Taiwan. Jia Yu agrees. (Source: Viu)
