Guo Zhi Hua travels to Seoul in order to meet with a psychiatrist about a special case. He is a white-collar worker who is a highly intelligent strategist and who seems to have a connection with the mysterious man in the mask. Meanwhile, a decisive soccer match is under way between China and South Korea, when the captain of the Chinese team receives a call that his fiancee is kidnapped. Assigned to the case is Jiang Cheng Jun, a tough South Korean intelligence officer, who never backs down when faced with danger or difficulties.
The situation suddenly escalates when Jiang is informed that there are three incredibly powerful bombs, set at the stadium, ready to explode, taking away the stadium and the fifty thousand spectators. Cop and villain are soon embroiled in an intense running battle, where Jiang seems to have a personal beef with his prime suspect, Guo Zhi Hua.

"Tik  Tok" takes place in Seoul and follows Korean police officer Jiang, who  is investigating the kidnapping of a football player's wife a few hours  before he was supposed to play in an important match in an Asian  championship. While  tracking the kidnapper's phone, Jiang is taken to Guo Zhida, a Chinese  gambling addict who wears a mask after being disfigured in a factory  fire and suffers from severe mental illness for which he is being  treated by Yang Xi , a Chinese psychiatrist hired by his brother Zhihua. Zhida  has put several bombs in the stadium where the football game is taking  place, and now Jiang must play his sick game of puzzles and bets so he  can tell where they are before it's too late. The  film is poor in aspects of dispensing puzzles, the hero is so  predictable, after a rather confusing opening, the film installs itself  in a fun but derivative groove, offering nothing new narrative or  visually but not suffering significant calms in action and  when it comes to twists and turns scattered throughout history, it  tends to be very predictable, or slightly intriguing and confusing.
