Life Can Be So Wonderful (2007)

Five short stories of life's joys and sorrows are brought together in this omnibus drama film. "The World Is Sometimes Beautiful" Noeda is 38 years old and has lived in Tokyo for 19 years. For 11 years now, she has been working as a nude model for a painting class. She fell ill late last year, and as her body started withering away towards death, she accepted it. She began to feel herself becoming more modest about her life. And she felt that her work as a model didn't create anything. After visiting the grave, the three sit around the dining table at home, but Hanako has to leave early as she has to report to her job the next day.
