Sang-soo is the man next door. His dream is to own land and a Mercedes. Sang-soo is a typical real estate agent in his thirties in a white shirt with hair slicked back. He strongly believes that if you put down 5 stones you have to take 3. Otherwise, you will be stuck with only two. The resort development project that he has his life staked on is the one that will make his dream of owning a Mercedes come true.
