The two now decide to move in and turn the mansion into a hotel in order to make some money. Twenty five years pass. Sarapee has died. Her two children from her marriage to Pun, Parinya and Patama, are now fully grown and they return from living abroad to take over the hotel. After renovating it, the mystery begins. Deaths occur over and over again, and sometimes Parinya and Pattama witness them. It isn't long before they are the only two people left to uncover the mystery and fight to stay alive. Luang Narueban Bureerak is an evil lord. Although he had many women, he secretly loved Sarapee; so, he bought her from her peasant family to be his servant. Khun Luang was angered that Sarapee rejected him as a lover and tortured her. Eventually, she escaped with the help of Khun Luang's clerk, Pan. While in pursuit of them, Khun Luang got into a severe accident. On his death bed, he plotted and vowed to punish them and their families and their future family members for eternity. In his will, he left Pan and Sarapee a house in Bang Lamung where his spirit waited for them.
Pan and Sarapee set up a home in Bang Lamung and had two children together, son Parinya and daughter Pattama. Sarapee dies when Pattama is an infant. Pattama grows up to look identical to her mother.
