The Wolves (1973)

As soon as the authority begins to enforce control, Kang Yu Jin, boss of the smuggling gang, disappears. 5 years later, the new boss of the gang, Kang Hee Cheol, shows up. Thus, Chief Choi and his two fellow inspectors, Jang Dong Su and Pak Dong Keun, are deployed to carry out the investigation.
