With new evidence of Kang Woo possibly being Kosuka, the boy who helped his father commit murder back in 1991, Center Director Kang Kwon Joo can’t help but be swayed into believing Kang Woo as a possible suspect in the crimes being committed. After finding Chief Na Hong Soo’s ID, blood, and a star-patterned box on a fishing boat in Sokpo Harbor, Kang Ho becomes the prime suspect in Chief Na’s disappearance.
