Sooo annoying

This is first Kdrama I felt all characters are so much annoying and also I thought the direction team is completely brainless, especially the ML and FL. Most annoying thing is everyone in the airport they act opposite to the rules daily for one and another reason and without any action or punishment they are easily forgiven. I felt airport is like a fish market, anyone can come with weapon and can hurt someone and can easily escape. Out of so many such incidents I still don’t remember the airport security caught some one in the action. FL is the most annoying, she always commits mistakes and she doesn’t even know what’s her mistake was and doesn’t even wants to change her attitude. ML is the most dumb one, he wants to keep his disability secret but he always used to do something which will expose his secret, even though he has level 1 disability he wants FL as his girlfriend(while proposing her he didn’t thought his disability may become burden to her but at the ending episodes that thing suddenly came to his mind) and at the ending he knows he is going to die but yet he wants FL to love him for time being, he had no idea about what may happens to her after he dies.
My final say is each and every scene is senseless and meaningless, you may get confused that is the direction team brainless or you for watching this drama.

Great drama <3

Wth is with that low rating. Is it a perfect drama? No. But it hit all the right beats for me (romantic or otherwise) so I love it. I only became aware of this actor in the Taxi driver drama (although I watched one of his movies without realizing it was him) but he's quickly becoming a favorite of mine. He was a little awkward here, but I attest that more to the character than his acting skills. All actors delivered a great performance, and although there were loose ends and some missing logic (in particular, the disconnect between real-world physics and what he can do with his modified limbs) but I loved it regardless. I love, too, that the show tried to highlight some of the struggles faced by the disabled.

Security Couple is the one you'll be rooting for

I came into this excited for a slice of life romcom, and came away bored out of my mind and annoyed by the story and the acting of the leads. The leads have one expression throughout the show and it's "worried", by episode 8 I couldn't look at them anymore. The FL is truly incompetent at her job and helpless, the ML is dumb and wooden instead of reserved and clever.

I watched this to the end for the scenes of how an airport is run, which I found fascinating and a good backdrop. As well as for the secondary characters, who were so much better than the leads, that I watched mainly for their stories, treating the leads as a nuisance and skipping their scenes.
Don't waist your time, it's a flop.

At first glance I really felt that this was a professional drama with basis of airport and their staff but when the story passed it was found to be a mystery filled with coincidence in it. I don't know why but I really felt connected maybe because of the circumstances faced by the leads are kinda related to the problems going on in my real life and through this I got solutions to the dilemmas. Kinda materialistic but this gave me the idea of a best dream career for me. I really liked the dressing sense of the actresses and kinda aspire for a life like them.??

It's unfortunate that a drama which seems to have lots of potential became wasted like this. Watched the drama because of Chae Soo Bin and was not disappointed with her as usual. However, the story and progression of the drama was disappointing to me.

Positives:
Acting was great, and the airport theme gives us a glimpse into the difficulties and challenges that occurs everyday.

Negatives:
Some of the character's actions or behavior will frustrate the hell out of you. Many unnecessary subplots and scenes for things that were not further explored or explained. Overemphasis on MC's secret.

Seems like the drama wanted to tackle many issues, but ended up doing none. It's a decent drama if you have nothing better to watch, but doesn't leave you with a memorable or lasting impression.

This was a show that was fairly good, but could have been so much better if the writers simply hadn’t bitten off more than they could chew (or more accurately: they didn’t need to add so many unnecessary ingredients [subplots] otherwise it would have been fine)

Things they could have done better:

- Inn-woo’s ‘redemption’ or even just his whole character could be deleted tbh (he is so freaking annoying ??? literally, what is his beef?????)
- secondary couple was paced too slowly, and needed more development!!
- no gangster subplot pls, why did we spend our last 2 episodes on this??
- so many subplots were never touched on (Yeo-reum’s father, Ms. Han’s [their boss] history with Su-yeon, just general backstory)
- we never saw the full lead-up to the scene where Su-yeon stopped that car from hitting her, like where did that car even come from???? why was he there??? so many questions
- what was Yeo-reum’s big secret that her high school bully was blackmailing her with???
- so much potential was sacrificed for ‘dramatic’ action scenes in my opinion, such a shame

What the show actually needed was more episodes. It would have worked better if it had 18 episodes rather than 16. I hate when dramas attempt to wrap up as many loose ends as they can at the last minute, so dissatisfying.

And man, the second lead syndrome is strong in this one. Go Eun-Seob my boyyyyy
He’s so attractive and kind, like how has she never considered??? Give him to me if you won’t have him lol
I'm glad he’s the main lead in ‘Extraordinary You’ (2019), he deserves all the love

Meanwhile, the ending was sweet but was also such a cop out. As much as I'm a hopeless romantic and love happy endings, this one just seemed a little off to me?? Aside from the obvious (we didn't even see his face!! come on) I wish we got to see him in a wheelchair even temporarily for a long period of time as he learns to love himself and accept his disability with Yeo-reum’s help. I felt this was yet another thing that could have been handled better.

But at least the main relationship itself was nice. There were no stupid forced breakups or big misunderstandings, which is already a big plus for me. All their internal drama stemmed from his disability but they worked to get through it together. And even the angst as he continued to pull away from her, at least we (as an audience) can understand his intentions.

Another thing I liked was the setting. As a lover of travel and airports, I was SO down to see a drama set in an airport. And I believe they covered the ‘airport’ aspect pretty good, with some interesting day to day incidents.

So to summarise:
- loved the characters (except In-woo)
- loved the setting
- main couple was cute

But it was just a waste of potential, with questions left unanswered and plot-lines that never needed to be added. Otherwise my rating would be much higher.

On the whole, a 7.5.

at first i avoid this series a lot because of the synopsis, trailer, and cast doesn't really looks interesting to me. but because i like the female lead in IM NOT ROBOT and i got nothing to watch anymore, so i force myself to watch this. the drama is seriously not a comedy drama. so wait first if you're looking for romantic comedy drama.

for me this drama show the most realistic daily life in airport and people behind it. As someone who travel a lot and someone once worked in customer service, i saw most of the scene in this series relate back to what happened to me before in real life. and that the reason why i said this series actually not just a simply tv drama but very realistic in its own way.

how they make my emotion become roller coaster, and how people move from their past and become themselves.. i always think that life is not about finding yourself but it is about creating yourself, and this series actually portrayed that a lot. and there is a lot to learn from this series also.

in term of casting, well they all managed to play their character very well that you'll even feel annoyed with main female lead at first but then you realize that is how human are. in this series, they have like 1000 of human character in this world being portrayed here and the cast manage to play that very well.

in term of ost, to be honest i feel like didn't really heard any music.. hahaha

as for conclusion, this is the drama that i will re-watch when i'm in the bad mood or down and trying to lift up my life or looking back to myself or what i want.

but the ending sucks though, like they found a stand in for the main lead !! at least show us his face instead of arm/hand even though the whole story are about his hand,.. hahahah

Honestly, I give this show this rating because I feel as though that's fair. It was interesting for the most part, but it was average at best. It had a lot going on, a lot of side stories and I feel like 32 episodes was just way too much and they rushed it in the end anyway, hence, the ending sucks. Lol. It wasn't bad, I adore the female lead, I loved her in I'm not a robot, I personally think she's a good actress all around, the male lead? He was okay. Everyone else, I liked for the most part but most of them were pointless. There was honestly just so many pointless things happening and going on that it wasn't even that fantastic. I liked the romance story for the most part but nothing intense happened, nothing wild blew my mind and I wasn't attached to this show like I am most. It truly wasn't horrible, I watched it and it did kill time but I wouldn't rewatch it. It's worth a watch, because it's set in an environment most people aren't used to and everyone's a little different and all in all, it was cool.

Drama start in a amazing way , everything is just up to the mark emotions ,love story ..Basically I think this drama tells about the lives of employee at the airport what they faced at daily bases in the airport ,what type of situation come across, how to handle the tough situations ,though things are going wrong still sometime with a lowering of head we have to accept because it is duty and boss is always right .The story don't get bored so the writer put two different love story ,one with love triangle ..One side emotional love and the other side is funny as well as cute love. I love the lead actor acting too much then second couple funny love story ...
Some dialogues of the drama I like it.
1.I like the manager acting as well as dialogue that what happened to kids nowadays that they did not have any effect about their boss saying ,second atleast give answer about what am I saying.
2. It looks 3 seconds to like someone
Through her father he connected with her.
3. I don't know anything about you ,but all I know tonight and right know...
As drama started I though lead actor shown as iron man or someone come from a star . But they take the story in another way but that is way is also good. They shows that lead actor connected with the lead actress through her father but they didn't show what happened to her father when he told her that how he like her and when she asked about her father so he said slowly slowly he will tell her about him but that part they didn't show.
End part make me so disappointed that why they didn't shows the lead actor face as it look like they wrap up the shooting fast .Look like a incomplete story.

My Comfort Drama

I'm writing this review after not seeing this drama for a few years, but it still pops up in my head all the time. I'm always looking for something similar but honestly, I find it quite unique and I haven't found one that quite matches it yet. I love the setting, and the secondary characters don't leave me feeling bored like I sometimes feel in other romance dramas. I love the small bit of fantasy that is in this, and the chemistry between the leads in my opinion is just top tier. While I wouldn't put this as my top favorite drama, it is one of my comfort dramas and I do recommend it if you're looking for some lightweight romance and lightweight problems. Lil action here and there, little cheesy-ness (but not too cheesy). It hit just right.

The reason why I gave this drama pretty high ratings is all due to the great acting and the filming location.

Personally I have seen the Incheon airport many times, so this drama hit me straight to the feelings. It made me want to go there again as soon as possible. It was so interesting to see what could be going on "behind the scenes" in the airport and what kinds of different teams of workers there are needed to manage the airport.

Such great actors were cast for this drama. I have seen Chae Soo Bin in two dramas (Strongest deliveryman and I'm not a robot) before and I must say that I liked her acting the best in this one. It was first time for me to see Lee Je Hoon's acting so I cannot compare it with his other dramas. However, I'm not sure if it's his acting or the character itself that made me feel uncomfortable from time to times. But I think he portrayed the character and his feelings in different situations so well that I could feel his uncomfortableness as the character. I have also never seen a male character cry as much as in this drama. I think he cried much more than the female lead. Almost in a every episode. First I found it a little bit annoying, but as we got to know more about his history and situation I started to find it reasonable. I also loved the side characters, especially Oh Dae Gi and the tough girl. They were so cute together and I wish we could have seen more of them. There were many interesting side characters, but I wish the drama would have been longer that we could have found out more about them. There were especially many interesting team leaders whose backgrounds and reasoning for certain behaviors we could not fully find out. Also, what happened to the director after he was replaced?

The story line itself was a little bit weak. Especially the ending disappointed me.It wasn't the worst I have seen, but they could have"closed the circle" more in detail if they made the drama few episodes longer. There were few things in the drama that had not been thought as far as they could have been, but overall it was a very entertaining one. I would have probably watched it just for the airport if it continued to be like the first episodes for the whole drama. Some of the little stories in the airport that happened with the passengers were very interesting. The story line became much more dramatic and emotional than I expected from this drama though. I wonder why the synopsis is saying that the ML wanted to become a pilot and could not because of his eyesight? I don't remember even hearing that said during the drama. There were other reasons though why he could not become a pilot. In fact even working in the airport was very hard for him to maintain.

Any cliches? Yes, this drama also used few of the very common cliches. One of them is the "1 year after". Gosh I hate that drama cliche probably the most. It just seems like a very lazy and easy writing.

In conclusion, I loved the actors, the filming background and the drama OST! Story line was the weakest point of this drama, but the great actors were somewhat able to save it. I would still recommend this drama, if you are not being too critical towards it, you will enjoy it.

The best part about this were the characters, the female lead grew on me and the male lead, well I was crushing hard the entire time. Unfortunately the story seemed very inconsistent and left a lot of things out or just didn't mention it. Like I'm still wondering what happened to her Dad., they never even talk about it, I'm going off assumptions of what I think happened to him. The ending just seemed to leave a lot of loose strings and it felt very unsatisfactory. I read somewhere it was an artistic decision on how it ended but I just didn't vibe with it. It was funnier than what I had originally thought it would be. I finished it pretty quickly, it does have 32 eps but they are less than an hour long. So really you are watching about 16 full episodes technically. If you want something to pass the time and like unorthodox male leads I would give this a shot!
