So beautiful yet heartwarming.
Heartwarming story about a boy who tries to achieve what he wants despite all the obstacles. The story start with a boy named Xiaoyang who loves soccer. At the end of summer, there will be soccer competition and Xiaoyang want to take a part of it. But, since his dad is a teacher, he always forced Xiaoyang to not wasting time playing soccer and better to study to get good grades. Luckily, his neighbor, Grandpa Zheng is good at playing soccer and want to train Xiaoyang. And the new journey begin with obstacles that will tear him apart.I can say that I fell in love with this movie. The story is written beautifully and there's no plot holes at all. Shaoxing city always amaze me that it made the place and cinematography was superb. The pace is not too slow and not to fast too. It's perfect for me. As for the music, it matches well with the scene.
The acting was great especially for the boy. He can maintain the feelings every scene. I'm sure he will be a great actor someday. Same for the support role, they are great too. I like the acting of Xiaoyang's mom when she is singing opera sadly after the accident, I can feel the sadness in her eyes and voice. Grandpa acting was good too, it makes me miss my grandpa even more.
I really enjoy the movie and pretty sure will watch it anytime when I need to heal myself from this horrible world.
