Love Better Than Immortality (2019)

Different storyline and plot but if you want to see a love triangle where the female lead falls for the second male lead first but got together with the main male lead later on, this is the one for you.

They both have a typical good guy character who is overly righteous and ends up disappointing the female lead, and a bad boy character who supports her and is her soul mate.

Both dramas have a modern or future FL entering a fictional historical world. Both MLs are villains who the FL becomes entangled with.

Love better than immortality is much more frustrating though

While very different in tone, there are similarities in characters. The SML is a gentle scholar and the ML initially appears as a villain, distrusted by the FL. Events occur that the FL is not expecting which cause her to fall for the ML and experience hardship.

It is also a fantasy novel, involving powerful beings. They fight martial arts in the air. But here the personality of the male protagonist is different from Si Feng, because in addition to fighting with other people for the woman he loves. He will have to fight himself for that love.
P.S: In addition to involving time travel. (It doesn't compare to Love and Redemption, but it's worth watching.

The female lead have the same background.. travel to ancient time to find her true love.. and have to struggle before they finally recognize each other.

Both have a female lead coming from the modern world to the ancient world and inhabiting the body of a previously existing person. The male lead teases her and wants to make her fall in love with him. The second male lead is the lover/fiancé of the original female.

In both the FL's spirit is in another girl's body following death and there is a love triangle involving the FL, the ML, and the SML.

The plot is alike and in both story, male lead 'carry' the entire story. It is like, male lead is a lot more pitiful (?) I don't know what I'm talking about, but trust me, the heartache is similar >,<

Similar vibe & chemistry between ML and FL, both historical/fantasy and both have comedic elements which make them light-hearted despite the storyline.

Surprising ML/FL's choice is not who you initially think it will be. Atypical ML (personality more like SL or even villain in the case of LBTI).

FL leaves with ML who is outcast/wanted criminal at ending, after final conversion with other male character.

In both series there is:

* who doesn't remember who she is
* and has never been in love before.

* men who are fighting on opposite sites

is used in both series.

Very different setting/plot but similarities in characters.

ML has a more unusual personality (more like a SML). It's not obvious at first who FL will end up with as she initially loves the other male character. FL is optimistic and very romantic.
