The drama depicts Oizumi as the manager of an unopened restaurant in Chigasaki, Kanagawa. Each episode depicts various people visiting the restaurant. This NTV drama is a special collaboration project with Japanese rock band, Southern All Stars and management agency, Amuse in celebration of Southern All Stars' 30th anniversary and NTV's 55th anniversary. 33 songs by Southern All Stars are used as the motifs for each episode of the series.
