Shadows Swallows Up the Moon
An ordinary family promises to watch the total lunar eclipse together. This promise is broken by Park Seon Ho, the son, when he fell from the rooftop of his school. The police conclude the incident as an attempted suicide. All the family members, however, are doubting the police investigation. Seon Ho’s friends seem to know what caused the incident but hide the truth from the adults. Meanwhile, everyone but Seon Ho’s family is trying to settle the incident as quietly as possible. Beautiful World Episode 1 Reactions
First episode beautifully acted out and at the same time, felt very real. The effects of bullying and school violence on kids and how it affects family is shown very well here. It's a strong drama premiere and yet very hard to watch emotionally. Looking forward more to this drama even though I know I will cry on more scenes, especially if they have these beautiful osts playing with these scenes.
