Lakorn Rae (1992)

A local troop plays traditional theater in front of a pleased audience. Manager Thongdam supervises the troop. He's fond of a young dancer called Maram but the love is not reciprocal. The two leading actors are Boon Ek and Kratin. A high society young woman from Bangkok called Waew likes Book Ek but she already has a fiance. Waew's father wishes to take Boon Ek to Bangkok to become a famous singer in nightclubs. He initially refuses, but he ends up falling for Waew's charm.
