Both are about survival + living in one room w/ limited resources
Getting outside of the room might mean instant death
Both are rather slow

So there is only one thing you need to know about this is that there are zombies everywhere. Please remember that Rampant takes place in the Kingdom days.

In the first part of Last One Standing there is a similar scenario with people becoming "zombies" because of a disease. There is even a similar character of husband trying to help his wife who [SPOILER] became a zombie.

Season 2 of Kingdom. It is on Netflix.
It is also about zombies, but it's a historical drama.
Alive is about how they survive, kingdom 2 is the continuation of season 1, watch both kingdom s1, s2, and kingdom: Ashin of the north ( directors cut) as well.

Both are about a couple survive Zombies town and zombies invasion. Korean one is a movie like a short version of Japanese series.

Both are zombie apocalypse thriller/horror with disease outbreak and a life or death situation.
Both are movies.
#Alive is korean and The Sadness is Taiwanese.
Be aware of trigger warning for rape in The Sadness as the zombies there can't resist the urge to rape and murder (brutal and lots of gore). #Alive has a little bit on friendship/hint towards romance
