While different in plot, both are historical setting cdramas with steampunk elements. Some sad moments but strong relationship between leads.

Both MLs are artificial intelligence created for a specific purpose, and the FLs are human.

This is the sequel to the first movie-part, which picks up right after the first part left of. :) The continuation of the Puppet Prince. <3

The ML is an android or similar like creation of a scientist, and falls in love with the human FL. Both MLs sacrifice themselves but return for a happy ending after a while.

Part two of Puppet prince is very similar to painted skin where they both have a second female lead who are both demons of sorts who gets in the favor of the male lead for ulterior motives and makes the male lead prefer her over the female lead/actual wife of the male lead. But when the male lead discovers the truth he goes back to his wife/ female lead.

-ML who doesn't know anything about human relationships and learns about them through FL
-ML is convinced FL is a special existence to him and is mesmerized by the FL
-ML is in their particular predicament because of someone's greed.
Differences:
Puppet prince has a more darker and more tragic plot whereas Prince of wolf has a lighter, fluffier plot
