What makes this drama special is that it doesn't concentrate on rare cases like other medical dramas...but realistic cases in any regular ER...
Though this drama is free of romance there are still some hints here & there that comes from Prof.Choi In Hyuk & Nurse.Shin...
This is the most awkward love in history of Asian dramas...though they don't admit it even to themselves...prof.Choi is madly in love with nurse.Shin...
Lee Sung Min's acting is Daebak...every time he looks at her you can see his feelings...he loves her & he wants her & he's in pain because he's about to lose her...but he won't stop her from leaving...he's hopeless & helpless!
