J-Drama National Tour - Part 2 Based on the true story of Akinori Kimura and his wife Mieko Kimura. Their story was first brought to the public's attention via an NHK program titled "Way of Professional Work". Takuji Ishikawa then wrote a novel on the husband and wife titled "Kiseki no Ringo (Zettai Fukano) oh Kutsugaeshita Noka・ Akinori Kimura no Kiroku" (published July, 2008 by Gentosha). Kimura Akinori (Abe Sadao) and his wife Mieko (Kanno Miho) opens an apple orchard in their hometown of Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture. Due to Meiko's allergic reaction to pesticides, Akinori Kimura has to grow his apples without the aid of chemicals. Because of this challenge, his family endures hardships and suffers severe financial difficulties. Kimura Akinori even contemplates suicide. A miracle then happens... Edit Translation

The story is really great!!! I always like the story that telling about the lead actor journey from a child until the end of story. It’s about a man who wants to protect his wife and family who’ll always support him. And with a lot of failure he simply wants to give up but he can’t.
The cast is just perfect. I simply can’t imagine another actor or actress who’ll act better than them in this movie.
This is a family drama and a perfect movie to watch it with family.
