Refreshing andsweet drama, it's for you after a long day of work or studying.

*Love Is Sweet* is a delightful modern Chinese rom-com that blends lighthearted romance, workplace drama, and a dash of emotional depth. The story revolves around Jiang Jun (Bai Lu), an idealistic and kind-hearted woman with a rare medical condition that makes her extremely sensitive to tears, and Yuan Shuai (Luo Yunxi), her childhood friend who has now become her boss at an investment firm.

The drama's charm lies in its balance of romance and humor. The chemistry between the leads, Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi, is undeniable, with their playful banter and evolving relationship being the heart of the show. Yuan Shuai's mix of being overprotective and teasing adds a layer of fun, while Jiang Jun’s strong, independent character makes her an appealing and relatable lead. Their transition from childhood friends to romantic partners is beautifully paced, filled with sweet moments and mutual growth.

The workplace setting adds another dynamic, as it delves into the challenges of corporate life and personal ambitions. The secondary characters, including colleagues and friends, also contribute to the drama’s vibrant energy and provide additional comic relief and secondary romances.

While the show is mostly light and fluffy, it does touch on deeper themes like grief, trust, and pursuing one’s dreams, giving the story more emotional weight as it progresses.

Overall, *Love Is Sweet* is a feel-good romantic comedy with heart, making it a must-watch for fans of lighthearted, yet emotionally engaging, love stories.

This was a cute drama without the drama. I mean there was a little drama and no one died. I'm glad that the main guy didn't have to compete with the main girl. I didn't have to throw a shoe at my tv. The music was good. The special effects of the rain scene and the marriage proposal were awesome.

Leo Luo who played Yuan Shuai did an awesome job with this character. I still have to get used to Leo Luo playing a role such as this one. I did see another fantasy drama with Leo Luo playing a spirit of sorts and that was ok. This was better. I really didn't like him in Ashes of Love and I did throw a shoe at my tv for him playing a bad part that's how convincing he was. lol, I like to see more of him playing these kinds of roles.

Bai Lu who played Jiang Jun, wow she is just a great actress period. She is one of my top female actresses. The roles she performs are all believable, she owns those characters. I love seeing her in action dramas. She is just great!

Kido Gao who played Du Lei, was okay, just didn't feel him in this character.

Shane Xiao who played Xu Li, made me laugh with this character, she was right for this role.

Riley Wang who played Li Xiao Chuan, my first time noticing him, that dimple! need to see more from him.

Everyone else did their part to make the story work. Thank you to the writers, producers, directors, and music.

Love is really Sweet

Wow this series was totally amazing, and i just have to say that Luo Yunxi was supper HOT in this series. his whole character was played really and story flowed through really nicely, there was no dragging out and no unnecessary dialogue. There was also some really funny parts to this series, and lighthearted humor, RW role was played really well and having two serious good looking man on anyone screens is definitely worth watching.

I did enjoy the story as well and Bai Lu character was a very strong Female role, however she didn't come across as not what to beloved she had that faith in her and the Luo was exceptional in supporting and always being with her, there were times i did think she would go overboard and make him sweat for no reason but the two characters complimented each other.

What I liked most of this series was that the story unfolded and got straight to the point, there was no unnecessary drama, and everything happened as it should have.

A SERIES WELL WORTH WATCHING

Especially seeing LY in his racing gear and OMG in his suit and tux the man was HOT !!!!

I finished the show pretty quickly, like a week. It was interesting, I really like shows that include jobs and details from industries I don’t know much about (investment banking in this case). It keeps my attention for some reason. The story line is good, though new, important plot lines start about halfway through the show, which was a little odd. The active was definitely good, nothing wrong, but not like Oscar worthy. The sub plots were also interesting and ending is pretty happy, which I need these days :) the OST isn’t anything special in this show but it’s not bad by any means.

I’d suggest watching it, though it does feel long. I like watching the character development and it is definitely funny.

100/100 Stars, rewatching it again and again (no lies)

What do I say about this beautiful drama? This drama is so realistic, like it's so real and doesn't even have that taste of fiction. And just how much fun were they having on set because it didn't feel like acting but playing, I love their bickering and it was the the thing that kept me going because I thought it will become boring once they start dating but nope, it's the more the merrier. I still don't know why some think this drama is bad when it isn't, it dealt with with what each of us pass through in our daily lives, be it love, friendship, loss, control and obsession and that's why I said it is realistic. If you're thinking of not watching or dropping it when I guess you want to miss out on a great drama by great actors, like Bai Lu can really ace any role she's giving and let's not forget about Leo Lu, that man is so damn talented, both are one great versatile actors and I hope to see their future projects together in the future.

So fluffy

I'll admit i didnt know who bai lu was until tteom was announced, and then i went and watched love is sweet. I dont normally enjoy heaby romance stories, and i didnt think i would like an office romance until LiS. Bai lu is a cure and versatile actress, i loved everh time she acted silly onscreen and her chemistry with lyx made me sweat. I was blown away by their kiss scenes- no dead fish kiss in sight! It made me a little delulu for them.
I loved 2fl, she was super cute and I'd definitely watch anothet drama with her in it.

Cute and Funny Couple

People say there is no friendly relationship between man and woman without love in it. That's what happened to Jiang Jun and Yuan Shuai. For ten years, Yuan Shuai harbored feelings of love for Jiang Jun, even though they separated because of the situation. Ten years later, Jiang Jun entered the company where Yuan Shuai worked, and he got a second chance.

This drama is funny and fun. There isn't a single episode without me getting excited (and laughing a lot too) seeing the relationship between Yuan Shuai and Jiang Jun, especially after episode 20, when the two of them were officially dating. Unfortunately, this happiness did not last long, because the main problem arose, namely Lin Taimo, the mastermind behind Jiang Jun's father's death.

Yuan Shuai looked annoying at first, but it was all for Jiang Jun's good, because he understood what challenges Jiang Jun had to face in that company. But Jiang Jun never gave up, and he was successful enough to stay in the company.

Du Lei, the second man, looked cute in the first half of the drama, but when he started planning to separate Jiang Jun and Yuan Shuai, I started to lose sympathy for him.

I am not too interested in the story between Xu Li and Li Xiaochuan, their story seems to be covered in shadow because the main story between Yuan Shuai and Jiang Jun is more interesting and adorable.

Recommended to viewers who likes office romance

I kinda expected it to be all sweet and fluffy but I was surprised by that teeny tiny dark element in the mix. The plot was good though there are parts where it seems unnecessary (Du Lei loosing his marbles). The acting was outstanding and you can really see the chemistry between the two main leads. The music? PHENOMENAL!! Especially when I realized that it's Riley Wang who's singing Sometimes and also Hanyu's song Miracle.
I kinda wish that there are crumbs of Xu Li and Xiao Chuan as boyfriend and girlfriend.

Effortlessly sizzling chemistry and class apart acting makes this drama very enjoyable!

So this is another rom-com which might give a sense of familiarity with other such dramas about office romance, domineering CEO etc. Many say storyline and plot are not that good. I too agree with the latter. It is a very normal day-to-day kind of story line...and probably that is why it is also so relatable.

I came to see this after completing TTEOTM and am so glad that I did. The acting is just at a completely another level. I have not seen such easy chemistry between lead actors since a long time. I mean LYX...why has this awesome and mind-blowing talent remained hidden...it is absolutely baffling because his acting skills are at a very high level, even beyond that of many top Chinese actors! I have not seen such micro-expressions and the directors taking so many close-up shots of an actor. It shows that the directors too trust LYX's acting abilities. And there is Bai Lu - perfect combo for LYX! She is too good, has such an easy chemistry with Luo and gives lovely expressions at times. Both are just beyond brilliant together!

The other parts of second couple, the second lead are okay. Love is Sweet completely belongs to LYX and Bai Lu. Even their kisses are so real, no awkwardness, very professional, and to die for.

The latter part of the drama drags a bit and does not have a lot to offer in terms of storyline, but the lead actors do not disappoint.

If you are fans of the lead actors, you will not be disappointed at all. Complete mood lifter this one!

I'm dying from the absolute cuteness in this show

I love love loveeeeeed the main couple, they had the most amazing chemistry and their story was really sweet to watch unfold, especially learning about their childhood together.

They had one of the most realistic and healthy relationships I've seen in one of these shows before. They challenged each other, argued but also loved each other when frustrated with each other. One of the most sweetest scenes was when Yuan Shuai made dinner and pretended to leave so that Jiang Jun could "sneakily" eat her fill of dinner when they were in a middle of a fight. He really just embraced her independence but also gave her support and help when she needed it.

There wasn't really an evil woman who had her sights on Yuan Shuai so you don't see any real cat fights so you never doubted Yuan Shuai's love for her. But the second male lead Du Lei had a pretty great character growth but it was lost for no real apparent reason in the last few episodes when he turned somewhat evil again. I really found that disappointing since I enjoyed seeing him grow as a character and wished they had someone else as the "final boss" for the storyline.

i need this cause i'm watching "Till the end of the moon " have the same main leads anyways it's to lessen the blow to that c drama that gonna have on me. anyways i don't normally watch this type of happy ending drama but i need it. this drama wasn't so bad. i was hoping that FL allergy will be revealed to every1 but it wasn't revealed like no 1 knows only FL 1 friend that she had. the couple moments get me blushing and this has cuteness overload keep in mind i don't normally go for this so i rate it how i feel about it. its okay it wasn't too bad or good it was on the middle ground for me to watch
