She also happens to run into a previous colleague of her father, who tells her that the factory had been closed for a while. Her parents struggle to cover their debts and Li Jin Bu gives the rest of her money to Li Feng Xia, saying that it was given to her by her mom to cover her expenses. She thanks Jun He for his help and he tells her his intentions, but also says that he can't stay away from Qing Tong. He finally surrenders and leaves Qing Tong alone, focusing more on his studies. On her birthday, Li Qing Tong realizes how pressured her family was and she resolves to study and get into college. She gets Zhi Xun's help at the library, but makes a request that they could talk for five minutes everyday before their sessions about something other than studies for improving their communication skill and friendship. However, Zhi Xun is not interested in doing it. Everyone are busy studying for the Gaokao but when the Arts Festival for the school's 20th Anniversary is announced, the Senior Grade Three class who was barred from performing requests a chance to participate. Lao Wu gets the approval under the condition that each of them has to get more than 30 marks in their next exam. Jin Bu makes an emotional speech about how the class needs to prove themselves to the school management and everyone signs the petition to score more than 30 points. Desperate to not lose the chance, Li Qing Tong tries to convince Zhi Xun to tutor the rest of the gang, but he is annoyed by the request. Noticing a put down Li Qing Tong, he tells her that he had finally found something to talk about for five minutes prior to their study hours. (Source: iamconqueror at MyDramaList)
