Tetsu no Hone Episode 1
Tomishima Heita is a young employee who loves where he works, the mid-sized construction company Ikematsu Group. Suddenly, he is moved to the business department in charge of receiving orders for public work projects. He begins learning under the leadership of Ogata Soji, a reliable senior who has been a part of the business department for a many years. He learns of the rigging and begins to struggle between his ideals and his work.
