Youth with You Season 2 (2020)

Idol Producer is basically the boy version of Youth With You. It is the season one. Cai Xukun is on it as a trainee instead of PD!!

Its the First season where they formed ninepercent with kun Pd, its the same type of survival show and in my opinion i perfered idol producers.

Similarities:
- Both are related to cpop performances and are female-only (Youth With You series does have male-only ones too in the other seasons)
- Famous cpop celebrities that act as mentors/leaders, such as Cheng Xiao from WJSN (and acted in Falling Into Your Smile among others), and TEN from WayV in Great Dance Crew, and Lisa from Blackpink and rapper Will Pan.
- Both are survival type shows, where people get eliminated based on their perfomances.

Differences:
- Great Dance Crew puts a focus solely on dancing, while Youth With You is based on the different aspects of the cpop industry, such as dance, rap and vocal.
- I personally think Great Dance Crew seems to be a lot more relaxed in comparison to Youth With You, which is a lot more formal.

They are competing shows. both are survival shows to form a girl group from 100+ trainees at the beginning. The shows follow the same formula. There's the 1st stage, 1st elimination, 2nd stage, 2nd elimination, 3rd stage, collab stage, 3rd elimination, and final performance and final elimination. each of the eliminations will eliminate around half of the trainees and are decided by public votes. What makes the shows even more similar is the shows overlap in their broadcast dates.

-another girl version of WAY!! but definitely has similar vibes and shows the same type of idol trainees vying for their dreams
-All my recommendations are all in the same genre and def good watches!

Both a survival girl group show but this one is Chinese. And some of the contestants on Girls Planet 999 are in here too such as Wang Ya Le, Wen Zhe, Xi Ziyin and Jessica Fu. I also highly recommend Youth With You S1 if you like survival girl group shows!

Let's party is the. variety show for the girl group formed from Youth with You 3. Some trainees from youth with you 3 who are not the final 9 also make appearances.

Youth with you season 3 is similar to Youth with you season 2 because both are them are the same company, survival show, competition, and lots of contestants.

Starlight Boys is the fourth season of the Youth With You/Idol Producer survival shows series.

Following a ban on idol survival shows in China, iQiyi has decided to film this season in Korea and rebrand it as "Starlight Boys".

-A continuation of the Idol Producer Series except this version is with girl idol trainees
-Also super enjoyable and getting to know all the new idols
-Great talents and personalities!!
