Once more I'm impressed.

Michiko is still as capricious as ever, she does only what she wants and doesn't kowtow to anyone for anything. She once again amazes with a surgery that I've never heard of.
She wins over her patient and her coworkers in a true House MD fashion, with her overwhelming skill despite her horrible bedside manner.
