Both are Chinese historical (war) dramas.
Stories are also quite similar and both about a woman fighting against the Japanese.
Cinematography is not the best, but typical of most Chinese dramas shot during this period (2005-2015). Out of the two, I did like Arrows on the Bowstring more, but both are worth watching if you like these type of stories.
