They are quite similar indeed.
Both dramas revolve around the relationship between a warm cheerful woman and a seemingly cold hearted man. The female leads both chased after the male leads after falling in love at first sight but the male leads end up the most heartbroken following their separation, not being able to forget their love. Both of the couples break up due to miscommunication and unresolved issues but end up meeting once again in the future. While Crush focuses more on the time before the break up, My sunshine shows us mostly what happens after the leads have met again.

Although Blind Mind is a short film, both these stories portray the life of a visually impaired, independent, blind young man who meets a young woman who find their disability intriguing and eventually end up in a romantic relationship.

Both music themed fluffy romances, leads meet by coincidence in a park, then the FL sings.

In Crush, ML is a blind musician who hides his identity, and FL is tone-deaf and his fan.
In Love Scenery, FL is a famous singer, and ML is a popular gamer and her fan.
