This drama will hook you up with its intense War of money and chaebol succession

the drama started with a weird flow of storytelling.., you almost feel there’s inconsistency in between events
especially the first 5-6 episodes

then it started to pick up..,
i am not exaggerating this drama can be your favorite drama ever or your worst ever
you know why? because the screenwriter “park kyung so” is a master of toying with one’s emotions
he will make you nervous, excited, angry and all emotions throughout the story

he’s good at writing morally ambiguous characters especially the leads
and all the three main leads are so good that you will cheer on them all for winning the Battle

I sided with the male lead at first (Go so) then at the end wanted the female lead to win so bad

the ending is controversial but I loved it

Was good, few things reminded me of Reborn Rich.

This show despite the many plot holes is still good. The ML has an unquenchable thirst to reach the top after the death of his father and angry at the world for having lived a life in poverty , he sets out to climb the mountain by making big leaps. The climb changed his character and each decision got him closer to falling of the mountain. The ending made sense, he returned to the place his father was resting as he could no longer continue living with the guilt of having made the same decision that got his father killed. The ML had several chances to stop his climb and rest and lookback at the beautiful natural landscape but he failed to lookback as such he didn't realize where he went wrong. As for the FL many have commented that she has no expression, I disagree her character was not an emotional one she has to show a strong powerful face and never to show her weakness as everyone around her is looking to pounce on her, even the brother she was close to betrayed her. Imagine living like that, it's hard. When she had to show emotion you could see them in her eyes, which showed whether she was angry, sad or happy. Throughout the show I never saw her smile, laugh, or giggle. I pitied her as in the end she was left alone.

First and foremost. I entirely dropped the mid episodes of this drama and just watched the first 12 and 2 last episodes of this drama. This is not for those who don`t like irking and infuriating scenes like me because this drama is just that. One of the reasons I just gave up on entirely watching this is because the scenes of revenge and the story just keeps circling around on different characters. I`ve watched dramas where they fight for the company and inheritance but this is on a whole different level. Still shoutout to the characters because they were really really good.
