Who's That Girl? (2011)

Elizabeth Pedroza is a wallflower girl who is deeply in love with John Eduque, a campus heartthrob. Because of his enormous popularity in school, John hardly takes notice of Elizabeth. But one day at her lowest, John surprisingly gives Elizabeth a pep talk. This becomes life-changing for her.
