This drama is so good im so amazed the storyline the cast everything is so good .I watched so many bl but this one is different this is so fantastic and so fine..i really like both of them both of them are so sos sos sossosoososososo goof their slowing growing chemistry is soooooso soososo soosos good their bonding is so good ..Everything related to this drama is so good i really want more bl like this both of them are so handsome and cute and yeah i really want their cute scenes. slow burn . boring . filler
the DIRECTOR probably had a second season of this BL series in mind because in this first season absolutely nothing happened, “but the book has 100000 pages”, I've watched countless adaptations and we know that no one makes the movie or series 100% the same as the book, I don't know if this strategy of making season 1 so uninteresting will hook people for a second season, it ended as it started without any development, it went from nothing to nowhere, many people talk about fetish that people demand a kiss, but what do we expect in a heterosexual romance series? ??? the same as GLS and Bls.Was this review helpful to you?

Why I love the only one
First of all, the acting skills of the two actors almost kill me. They are the best actor I have ever seen. In addition, we can clearly see their hard working while we are watching so I hope they will be famous more than this. A Superb series! Why is there no publicity made?!
I only chanced upon this drama series after hearing the same title theme song by 831 on 23 August 2024. This new song is so good that prompted me to look up on the background of this song - which is this drama series.The first episode was slow, but when you watch the following episodes, you would understand the story flow. At the time of this review, I have watched 6 episodes - and i can tell you, i have in sum watched at least 5 times because the director has put in so much effort in creating little nuances among the 2 main characters - and the build up of their relationship. The little glances, little chuckles, facial expressions, tears, and more! Excellent. The more times that I re-watched this, the more details I managed to gather from the director and the story would flow so crystal clear to me, and I realised it is so hard to act as Jiang Tian and Sheng Wang as both characters are so complicated. Their synergy in the drama is very on-point.
I am already looking forward to the next 6 episodes.
I must say, it does not put justice to the entire team for not having much marketing effort to promote this superb series. This great series must be shared to more people!
Kudos to the team and the two main characters for making such series possible. Hopefully, we can have a season 2.
Great job to 831 for composing such an "on-point" OST for this series!

Must watch drama
I love the flow of the story,the gradual development between xiaotian and xiaowang...Liudongqin as Sheng wang and Benjamin Tsang as Jiang tian are perfect for the role and had done excellent work..Even their other classmates are also good and Kudos to the director?...Spl mention It's a bliss to watch the series..So Don't miss it..I'm even in request for Season 2 already...

Ending plot
I can't express how I'm feeling right now. This series is filled with unsolved emotions. It's a MASTERPIECE.The actors did a great job. We can feel that longing, tension, care,love etc. They portrayed it really welly.
Let's head to the ending part. We're expecting something like "Addicted" , "Culpa Mia" . But it has that same type of plot but it's really different at same time. This series shows you how you go through the things at teenage. We can feel that romance between tian and wang but it's not that typical lovers trope romance rather It's much more deep. We can see them letting their guards down slowly. It's a slow burn series. It's good that director didn't tried to haste things here.
Imo they ended it here to make us wait for the season 2. It's good marketing technique as it'll make us hook to it. But I think it'll be worth it.
I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERY PERSON WHO WANTS TO SEE SOMETHING SLOW BURN

Stolen glances in the classroom
This drama was beautiful to witness, it felt very poetic. From the script, acting to the directing, everything was masterfully done. The ending felt incomplete but it was still well done. If we don't get a second season I WILL RIOT. Please release merch or photobooks, something , so we could help make season 2 a reality.Was this review helpful to you?

I really hope we get a season 2 I think this show will do great if we get a season 2 I know some people don't like that ben doesn't "sound like tian" from the books but I think he did a great job portraying his character!!!
