Wang Yang Ming attends the International Cardiology Congress and seeks out Liu Bin He, the Director of Cardiology at Hexie Hospital, who has successfully removed an internal defibrillator before. Wang Yang Ming tries to show him Wang Qiang's medical records but is stopped by the staff. He waits for six hours until the end of the conference.
