Its rare to find kdramas that portray real love instead of infatuation or love at first sight. Its rarer that a drama makes you think about what happens after happily ever after.This drama will definitely be one that stays on my mind for a long time, but I think that's what makes it unique. It makes you think about your life and the special memories you've forgotten. I definitely experienced all 5 stages of grief after the last episode and you will too - if you enjoy a good cry you'll love this drama.

This is a drama that leaves you pondering for days after finished watching it. The more you think and relive the moments in the drama, the more sadden you are. The drama is consistent in its realistic portrayal of the juxtaposition between relationship and one's passion. A bittersweet reminder of the cruelty of reality. In the wide multiverse, there could have been many where they could get together with better timing and choices. However, the writer chooses to explore human's nature to cope when they made their own choice and have to live with the consequences of that. In that, the series have become so much more meaningful and rememberable. When I think back of the series, I will remember the beautifully shot, great pace, superb acting and emotional soundtrack. But moreover, I will remember that there was such a series that captured my emotions and thoughts. To that, I want to thank all the people involve in making the series. Thank you for all the dedication and thought that goes into the series because it really is reflected in the finished product.

The breakup scene is so good and powerful. My god. I was shocked how good Nam joo hyuk acted in that scene. Kim Tae acting well is no surprise of course.Was hoping for a 'How I met your mother' kind of ending but I think its more realistic this way. Also such nice bittersweet epilogue. I had a lump in my throat from that. Couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks.

The ending is very slow and the stage of grief is realistic in it, it doesn't matter if many viewers don't like it, who doesn't like a happy ending? but if you understand the meaning of the ending, yes definitely yall being grown up and understand nothing last forever in this life, this drama is very good and nostalgic! I like it! beautiful yet tragic for the love story but, beautiful for the achievements of the characters. it's depend how you highlighted moral of this drama, what's your highlighted? the romance? or... slice of life?

What a series.....felt so many things i haven't since my college days..kim tae ri what an actress she is....she deserves much more....i hope to see her more. Absolutely loved the chemistry between hee do and baek yi jin....especially na hee do what a character tae ri has performed...absolutely loved it and will never forget it.

The ending honestly was not tragic but once you sit down and really ponder on their relationship and how it ended you can’t help to cry. I feel as though the typical reason why people gave the last episode a bad rating was because it wasn’t the ‘happily ever after’ trope. I found the ending honestly poignant but beautifully poetic. The ended their relationship in a fashion where they gave each other closer. They were content with how it ended because they knew throughout their relationship that they loved and cared for each other. What was sad though was that their love was not enough, they knew they were for each other it just wasn’t their time. And that’s okay, such is life and I love the way the directors and screenwriters portrayed it.

For me its a 10/10 because..Yes, if na he do and pak yi jin would have ended up together it would have been amazing. Regardless, I can just relate to this drama and it was very nice to watch. I went through so many emotions while watching this and my heart is still aching. but thats just how life goes. Not everything has an Happy Ending. I think this is a nice lesson to learn from this drama. Live your life, espcially your Youth like a moment and have the best of people around you. Love, Laugh, Cry, Have fun, learn through your failure and dont give up. I think this drama had a beautiful Story and a good reminder. Also the 90s were just the best time :')Although i would have wished, that they at least had come to meet each other at the end of the series.. But all in one, it was so good. It reminded me of my own youth, i can really relate to 2521. I loved the actors too all of them, espcially Na Hee Do, she was very matured but at the same time still a child. She was really the sunshine in this drama. She deserved it :)

Although I appreciate the ending scene with a sort of closure on the break up I still find it very sad . You build up this character who is willing to move from sports , sacrifice for Heedo to what it was at the end . Yes life happens but it’s not consistent with his character. I felt very sorry for adult Hee do she lost touch with Yurim it looked like as well . Her daughter didn’t know who Yurim was . Sigh it was just if it wasn’t built up so beautifully we wouldn’t feel so . Kudos to the write and cast . Thank you

I’m sorry but I just don’t understand the ending. I can kind of see what they were going for, but it’s just not for me. I want happy endings. I don’t want breakups. That’s all. Beautiful show but this episode was so heavy and such a downer. All the other episodes were beautiful and hopeful and comforting but this one was a splash of cold water. Yuck. Life is messy and heavy enough already, please don’t make our comfort shows also heavy and depressing. Please.

1. Who's the father of kim min chae? 2. last scene (if its baek yi jin) how that his first love is heedo? / as per yurim he has a long time relationship / also he said i love you to da-eunetc....how to ruin a perfect 15 episodes with just one last episode.

I have never cried more for a drama. I had this premonition of a bittersweet ending, but I didn’t realise this was a complete tragedy. I can’t believe a love like theirs didn’t last - TVn, how do you want me to believe in true love now? I can’t believe they didn’t end up together, but at the same time “nothing lasts forever.” They were pure and were in love, but they weren’t meant to be. Even the friends didn’t end as strong as before. They grew up, and they grew apart. At least two ships sailed (MJW/KYR and SW). When SW said “we only see each other now for funerals” it broke me. How did BYJ still say he had hope for this world? Because after this ending, I sure as hell don’t. But I still have so many questions. Who was Minchae’s dad? What was with the scene about the tunnel at the end? I was waiting on the epilogue to show something, to beg them to get together again or for Minchae’s dad to at least show up, but no. TVn decided to rub it in more and utterly shatter my heart with the last scene “who is your first love? Na Heedo.” Because first love doesn’t last forever either. I just hope Heedo’s happy with whoever she married, even it wasn’t as happy with Yijin. They loved each other purely, but they weren’t meant to be. I blame “the times”.

Loved it. It was satisfying for me. It was beautiful and heartbreaking. Yijin was going through trauma and depression, and Na Hee Do was distressed with worry. I think it was the right ending. I would have wanted them to get together again, but sometimes, first love doesn't work out. It was so good though. I loved it! :<<<<<

Even after so many years, I'm sure they still love each other. This Kdrama represents that love is possible, full of flaws and choices. We know that they don't stay together in the end, but in their hearts they will be eternalized forever.
