KinnPorsche: Overall Thoughts

I think that it was a very good show, though difficult to watch at times. There are some themes present that might trigger other individuals, so viewer discretion is advised. Although those themes may be present, the overarching themes of love presented in the show are beautiful to witness. All of the stories everyone go through whilst also going through things together is really touching and a great element of the story. You develop a connection with all of the characters (whether they are good or bad), and you start to feel the emotions with the characters at times. The actors do a really good job at conveying emotions and making you feel as if you are apart of the story as well. If you've been wanting to watch this show, this is your sign to do it.

I’m speechless-

I started binge watching this drama a while ago when i was unwell and ended up watching probably over half of the series. Despite liking it, I kinda forgot about it as other series caught my interest. After many months, I finally decided to sit down and finish- and let me tell you… Once I started watching the episodes I just couldn’t stop! I thought the drama would die down, but no it was just the beginning!
Personally my favorite scenes will always be that one where Kinn and Porche are stuck together in the forest, but I must say that the second half of the series also had some amazing scenes.
Where do I even start….?
1. The quality?! The budget for this show?! I have no idea how much this would’ve costed but this was and probably is to this day one of the best bls in terms of cinematography. All of the fight scenes were just top notch!
2. Alright let’s talk about the secondary couple, Porchay and Kim. Honestly I did quite like them, but when I originally started watching this series it didn’t compare to Kinn and Porche, not even close. But I did start to like them more later on- I just wasn’t really satisfied with the ending they got.
3. Let’s talk plot. Cousins?! They’re cousins?! Come on now- that’s not the plot twist we were looking for lmao! Idk the plot was definitely something. It was a bit all over the place and kinda unpredictable but not at the same time. Either way, I still really liked it so the confusion and oddities made it better in a way.
4. Kinn and Porche… I must say, the chemistry between them was so good throughout the first half of the series, but for me it kinda fell off after they got together. Idk why but I really liked the love-hate relationship they had. It was actually interesting! Once they got together I didn’t find it as exciting- almost boring in a sense. There were even a couple sex scenes I skipped in the last few episodes because I just wanted to know what happened to the other characters…
SPECIFICALLY-
5. Vegas and Pete! So when I stoped watching this series I didn’t understand the hype with these guys, since I hadn’t gotten to the whole ‘pet’ part. But let me tell you- these guys are who made me finish this entire series! They carried the last few episodes with so much suspense that I couldn’t even give a care about whatever the heck Kinn and Porche were doing in that rooftop pool lol! I KNOW- it’s so bad… it’s so bad… Vegas is literally unforgivable… BUT- damn I just wanted things to work out for them so bad. I was so scared that Vegas would keep hurting Pete- like he was so unpredictable in a sense that I knew when he was gonna lash out at Pete but in my head I was begging him to give up and let himself be vulnerable with Pete. I could go on and on about how much I was invested in them! I literally skipped most of the ending of the series just to figure out what happened to Vegas. I got so scared when the ending credits started playing and I was like ‘WHAT ABOUT PETE AND VEGAS?!’- luckily the ending was saved but I desperately wanted more ahhhhh

Anyways, this series is 100% worth the watch! (Also just a side note but Jeff’s songs for this OST are amazing!)

A FUCKING MUST WHATCH.

kinnporsche is honestly one of the hottest thai bl drama I have ever seen, the story of the drama was way better than I had ever imagined plus all the eomitind are equally balenced and there are many enemies trunig into couples in this drama it is definitely worth whatching for people who love mafia relared love stories, all the charecters played there role perfectly and the entire drama is like I said a must whatch the story line for Vegas and Pete's love story might be confusing but in the end it's pure love which u see all the couples in the drama are definatley ment to be and I can't wait for season 2.

Want to just skip the last episode

This is my first thiland and bl drama I have seen bl manga and read gay romance on that aspect it was perfect the chemistry between main leads and the supporting leads were amazing but the way story got at the end made me disappointed
I mean at first 7 episodes I was getting full mafia book vibes how it was built so perfectly like we are reading a book then at the end it was looking like they just want end it it's like in last three episodes they opened so many story lines like I was reeling that what is happening 😑😮‍💨 Then at end they brought much things that didn't make any sense
First the father was saying lie upon lie even faked his own death oh my god
Then second the mother is not dead wtf
Third suddenly everything gets great by making the lead the head of the minor family and after all the betrayal he got from them he accepts it (oh my god they even kept his mother away from him)
But it was comical and the stars are only for the chemistry and character development I mean they hilarious and cool too I love it 💜❤️
And accept the flaws too ❤️😉

A Gold-Star BL Mature Series

This is by far the BL series that produces the most exhilarating effects in almost every episode. It is that great. The production and the flow of the story are well thought-out.

It may be violent and sultry but these factors add to the flair of the overall quality of the series.

The actors depicting the main characters also exude great chemistry that their interactions are too believable, creating an illusion that feeds the BL fans' imagination about their realness.

Kinnporsche is quite a different ride, this drama was recommended to me by a friend. So I had some hopes up with it and then I realize that we don't have the same taste in dramas...

Although mafia theme shows are something I am a huge sucker for, I can say that Kinnporsche kept me hooked to continue watching until the next episodes. Although, I did skip some scenes that didn't feel relevant to the main plot. There are some sub plots that kinda just was there to fill up some spaces, some loved it but personally for me I did not. I guess the only subplot I really liked was VegasPete. It's toxic, I know that, and typically speaking I wouldn't want that relationship either as that will drive me insane (not in a good/kinky way yk).

Personally for me, I think it was the casts that made up for the underwhelming plot of the series. I think the way the actors portray their characters make you turn off your brain and just take in whatever is happening without any complaints.

As for anything else, I just wanna emphasize on the ending? It's a little serrated... I feel like it wasn't a full closure...? or maybe they kept it open for season 2...? I feel like there was just some questions that should have been answered. But it is what it is...

This show NEEDS a higher rating!!

Kinnporsche is absolutely phenomenal I don't know how this show is only an 8.1 I've watched shows rated 9.0 and above that weren't as good as this! It was a thrill from beginning to end. Every single actor aced their characters and when you watch the special clips between episodes on iQiyi you can see just how much time and dedication went into making this show. I am so grateful for everything the actors and producers did to create such a masterpiece. It delivers way more than the synopsis promises.

Reviews on Twitter, Instagram and Youtube raved about this show I knew it was going to be a good one and held off watching it for a while so that I didn't peak in the BL genre too soon - but this has got to be the peak right?? I binged this show for 2 days, just couldn't leave it alone. The plot is so strong and full of action and there is no direction it doesn't take you in. Shows that aren't afraid to show you the darker side of their characters and their world only serve to draw you in much deeper and that's exactly what you get with this show.

BDSM warning - ep 12 there is some BDSM between one of the supporting couples so if you're not a fan you can skip past it, it doesn't impact the story in a big way if you do and they make a short reference to it later so you know that it happened and its relevance to the characters.

There is major character development for the main and supporting cast and you are carried through all the highs and lows with the characters. And as some other reviews may suggest there is plenty of intimacy on screen (if you're watching the 'La Forte' version as I think the 'TV version' removes the sex scenes). I enjoyed the imtimacy and it was some of the best I've seen in the BL genre so far but even without it the story is so freaking amazing you don't need it there to enjoy the show.

Just watch it, you won't regret it!

I thought I was missing out

Yet I wasn't, I believe this show is hyped up maybe because there are little bls out there that there is the mafia boss as a male lead.

The story at the start seems a little dull and preferred when it was the minor family trying to destroy the major family as the pace started picking up and we got a true picture of the characters and their intentions in that life.

Porsche at times was shallow and so naive and hated how he was happy most of the time. Porsche made some stupid mistakes like not fully communicating how he felt to others but felt sorry for him when he discover what happened to his parents as he had to grow up too quick to protect his brother from harsh reality.
Kinn yes was the only sane sibling of the major family and hey he is the most forgettable character out of everyone.

I cried for Vegas (my favourite character) so many times as he is so misunderstood by everyone. His father thinking he is a failure at everything so font let him express his true character. The major family thinking he can't be trusted as he wants their power and status. He and Porsche were great friends as he helped out with his issues.
Pete at first thought he was that reliable friend you can count on for anything yet he has greater depth you have to look for. His pain of falling in love with a member of the minor family while supposed to be loyal to the major family.

Tankhun was a welcome relief as he was so unique and yes weird but you can't help but fall in love with him

after some time after completing it i have decided to up some of thr scores as kp cant leave my head and will see me watching some of my favourite scenes in it.
