The Sun Is Rising Again (1965)

A rural village is suffering annual famine due to drought during harvest season. Chun Bo, a young villager, has long thought that a reservoir should be built. He tried to persuade the villagers, but no one sympathized with his thoughts. Indefinitely, he works with some of his sympathizers to work on the reservoir. Then, villagers with conflicting interests have a fight over the construction of the reservoir. However, when it comes to reservoir construction, Chun Bo proceeds with the construction without shaking. Finally, even the villagers start to move their minds at his tenacity.
