Kyung-min sends Sumi, who promised her future, to her home in Busan, and marries her maiden boss who returned from the United States. Disappointed by him, Sumi tries to commit suicide, but gets saved by Dongwon and marries him. Meanwhile, Kyung-min is blinded by the explosion of a boiler in a factory. Then his wife played with Lee Ki-seop, whom he had known before. Finally, Kyungmin murdered the Lee Ki-seop and was imprisoned. On the day he was released, Sumi offers him one of his eyes to make him find Gwangmyeong. After that, Dongwon surrenders Sumi to Gyeongmin and turns back ephemerally.
