“A Criatura de Gyeongseong” — até monstros servem à história, quando ela é bem contada
Confesso: monstros e ficção científica não são exatamente minha praia. Mas “A Criatura de Gyeongseong” me pegou pelo braço e me fez atravessar uma ponte entre o medo e a memória histórica. E que travessia!A trama se desenrola na Seul dos anos 1940, sufocada pela ocupação japonesa — um cenário que já traz tensão suficiente sem precisar de criatura alguma. Mas a narrativa vai além do óbvio: costura com inteligência o horror do sobrenatural com os horrores humanos, como ganância, dominação e crueldade científica.
É como se o monstro fosse só um espelho grotesco da própria história. E nesse reflexo, a coragem das personagens principais brilha. Uma protagonista afiada, decidida, que não se curva — e um herói que enfrenta não só a besta, mas seus próprios limites.
Se você torce o nariz pra esse tipo de gênero, como eu fazia, arrisque. Porque aqui, o que realmente assombra... não é a criatura.

10/10 Highly anticipated dramaHan So-Hee didn't disappoint, again.
Experiments on humans were portrayed so good that 95% of the time I had to look away.
Characters are well-written and it's not easy to predict outcome.
Get ready for bunch of plot twists that will make your jaw drop.
On the other hand CGI was good but you can still tell that it's
CGI. So that's one of the things I didn't enjoy that much.
Anyway, drama is so good that I watched all 7 episodes in one breath.
Immediately after watching I came to give my rating, and l was astonished to see such low ratings. Most of the ratings are 1, and I bet those people didn't even watch the show.
And I'm guessing they were given by bunch of JK girlfriends that are jealous because Han Soo-Hee starred in their boyfriend's music video.
Don't let those small ratings to keep you away from this drama, it's better than most of the dramas that are currently on the air.
NVM. 10/10 now. Wow, It just keep getting better and better.
