In an ordinary family living in a small town in China, a 7-year-old girl named Mei Mei is particularly special. In her eyes, the texts on the books are just patterns, and it's difficult for her, to write normally. After expressed concerns by her foreign teacher Thomas, the mother of the child, realized that Mei Mei might have dyslexia just like her.
