Reverse 4 You Episode 4 Reactions
Let’s start with the reset. Why does her reversal power reset at midnight exactly, even if she used it only minutes earlier? Did she know that, or just tried out in sheer desperation? I felt like an explanation, or even an acknowledgement that this is strange was in order. At least to me, this felt incomplete.
Apart from that, the episode works well when it shows the growing attraction and care that Wa and Four have for each other. They intervene numerous times on the other’s behalf, albeit without realizing the other one feels the same way, leading to even more misunderstandings.
We also got the reveal that it was Kie that broke Four’s leg to take her scholarship spot. I was betting that Four would record this conversation – and I was correct. So, Four can use dirty, non-violent methods, too. 😊
Wa finds out that they’re renting out Four’s room which she vacated after learning and Vivi and Wa are homeless. So, that’s how long she’s been interested in Wa…
Khun talks to Four about Wa, revealing that he already told her his feelings. Did he? Is he lying or does he remember his reversed confession? The show doesn’t make this any clearer, only that Four naturally believes him. Can they ever just talk to each other instead of assuming things? 😉
Four – of course – gets drunk over this, where Wa encounters her and decides to take her home. Four almost passes out the hallway so that Four drops her of her bed and wants to go fetch clear clothes for her, but Four suddenly has other ideas and is surprisingly lucid when kissing Wa for the first time. And they don’t stop at kissing each other …
It felt a little rushed to get from believing each other to be uninterested to sexy time in about five minutes of screentime, but I’m not complaining – they had been doing this dance for pretty much the four episodes by now. Let’s see how much Four will remember in the morning as she was pretty drunk. 😊
