Four HK police officers are in their intertwined careers and personal lives: Kan Yiu Yeung, Chan Yan Bo, San Si Lam, and Koo Ka Keung. The four of them were best of friends in their early days, working as officers in a counter-terrorism police organisation known as the CTRU (Counter Terrorism Response Unit). Unknowingly, during one operation, a gunman stunned Nui Nui and was about to shoot him when Ocean made the decision to shoot Nui Nui’s leg and forcefully lower him enough to take out the gunman, saving Nui Nui’s life, but at a cost. While the tactic worked, Ocean miscalculated the severity of the injury he caused, and doctors had to amputate Nui Nui’s leg. Although Nui Nui forgave Ocean, Yan Bo, Nui Nui’s little sister and Ocean's ex-wife, along with Ka Keung, never forgave him as both believed Ocean used Nui Nui as a pawn to help him rise up in his career. The incident would separate them and cause Ocean to suffer from PTSD and get kicked out of the CTRU. Ocean now works in a detective team called the POTT (Phantom Operation and Tactic Team) that solves high-danger level cases. (Source: DramaWiki) Edit Translation

Best TVB Drama of 2023
I was skeptical in watching this drama at first because it was literally the same cast of "I Got The Power" and I thought it would be like another boring terrorist cop drama. But when I started it, I couldn't stop. The drama essentially revolves around this fictional anti-terrorist police force that consists of 2 groups: one heavy-duty-guns-out-SWAT-team group and some office-workers-but-still-know-how-to-fight group. Every couple of episodes, there is a new crime case to crack with different guest actors each story. I can't attest to the accuracy, of course, but I love how they incorporate a lot of real life moves that the SWAT team members probably would execute in real life. The fight scenes were also so intense and well done, and the operations always felt so smoothly run, from start to finish.
I wish we got more back story on why Ruco even started being bad. I'm genuinely curious. The ending was very rushed, with Ruco's death being so lackluster. You would think the biggest baddie of the show wouldn't die without one big final showdown or villainous deed. TVB loves those jumping before the fire explodes scenes lol. But his role was truly fun to watch. And his sidekick was a good plot twist!
Overall, really well executed drama that kept me entertained. The police and story arcs brought a lot of nostalgia to good old TVB dramas. Please write more quality dramas like this, TVB!
One of the best TVB drama I have watched
Been watching TVB' s drama few years ago and kept dropping it halfway because the plot just losing somewhere. Watched this one because I just wanted to watch a TVB drama after so many years and I have to say this one exceed my expectations. The story and the way the actors portrayed their characters got me hooked right away that it's hard to skip. Of course the most interesting things are the fight scenes and I kept re-watching the part with Kenneth Ma because he's so cool when there's missions and gun fights.
The OSTs i have to say it's ok
Have to rate it 9.5 because of the ending. Yes. it's happy ending but I wish they can make the happy ending longer between Ocean and Po.
