"Knot to Treasure" centered around the Ching household and the love lives of their two sons, Yu Yat and Fong Chung. Yu Yat married Sin, but his unfaithfulness threatened to destroy their marriage. Fong Chung rejected Sin’s sister, Mei, in favor of an Americanized girl, Ka Hei. When things ended badly with Ka Hei, he discovered that he had feeling for Mei after all.
