Kissing scenes were not satisfying....!

One thing I liked most about this drama is cast!.
why "Friendship" or "Best Friends" tag is not added???

Actors and acting is only good thing in the drama. Bad editing, bad direction, no budget, bad screenwriting, scriptwriting(story was draggy when not needed and was rushed when it was supposed to be draggy/detailed), no promotion and everything was mess but not actors, their acting and their chemistry.

Chemistry and understanding between ML and FL was so smooth and perfect. Their relation was so pure and transparent l, there was no misunderstandings, no love triangle, no plotting against each other for love and also other couple(young dragon lord and his fiance) was very much sorted with their feelings.
These days they have started making more cdramas like this where there's no toxic love and tangled relations. Even tho kissing scenes were not really good or mayb lack emotional touch, it worked because of their chemistry throughout the drama.

I cannot even tell how good they portrayed their character, each and every actor-character did their best, The Squad- bestest thing in the drama and probably the only reason to watch drama until the end.

This drama perfectly justifies the phrase 'Friendship is inevitable and Friends are destinated to be'. In the group of four each character had their own bond, story, chemistry equally love, hate, care, responsibility with every other character. There's no grouping or partiality in their squad, all four love all four equally! For someone like me who really cares about Friendship, This drama will not disappoint in terms of Friendship.

There are many mistakes from other teams of drama-makers (like editing team, direction, screenwriting) but not from actor's end and that's what makes this drama deserving!

what's wrong with editing department

Okay let me see where should I start my review
yes first I need to thank god
I mean, I'm blessed so far that I didn't come across any other drama with this much bad editing. The poorest editing award goes to this drama.
They should Fire the whole editing department as well as those who are satisfied with this editing. They are all from the evil path sect.
Every single scene of this drama was badly edited. They just jump from one scene to another to another to another, cutting the ongoing conversation in half. Even child can tell their cuts.
it's like they put scissors ✂️ on a child's hand, and he cuts (destroys the whole house) whatever comes under his radar, and his parents don't even care. I feel, how dare they pollute their art.
There is so much to point out, but I'm not gonna since they didn't have much consideration for their work. Why should I waste myself writing a long review? I'm considerate enough to at least finish what I've started to watch.
Besides editing, the one and only reason it's not a complete waste of my time and their resources is the least I can enjoy Zhang Ling and Jing Tian such perfect eye candies.
Everything else feels rubbish. Credit goes to the director, and editing department and everyone who didn't even care about their project.

I know it's an adaptation of the novel, I haven't read it, so I have no idea about the storyline. I don't know if it's that simple novel. please do tell me if they made changes, or is it exactly like the novel?
Points I want to point out :
First, it was the first fantasy idol-based drama with a minimum cast. Characters appeared just to disappear within an episode. Everything about everyone was missing; u catch a glimpse of an idea because they considered to vividly putting everything in a few sentences here and there, so u know, okay, this and that might have happened, but that is it. Because of that, there is no impact on you. Characters die, and things happen, but u don't feel anything. There are no emotions u feel. ?Ml sacrificed himself, but u know he gonna come back, so it was that easy, u don't even care. (This was my first death ever from fantasy drama or any other drama where I don't feel anything, even if it's ML who dies. There is no impact or reaction of any kind. It was that tasteless and all because of editing).
I don't know if it was called fast-paced drama or no-nonsense drama, like the director telling us indirectly that u already watched 100s of this kind of drama, so whatever u feel are missing, add those elements urself. Let's move to another scene we have limited time and episodes.
I so hard to explain this drama the feeling I got from this drama let's say the episode is 30 minutes long without opening and ending credits but I didn't feel I watched anything in that 30 min, every single episode gave this same feeling ( like what today episode finished but their nothing much happen even ml die in that episode) and it all because of their edit style for some reason they focus on their silly funny comedy and so Called romance no romance angle. Tbh, I don't feel any romance it was like in one episode they put it that way.
21 episodes in ML Become Demon Fl Become Demon Slayer only 15 left I wonder if in the next 5 to 6episodes ML or FL, one of them die one more time since usually in this kind of demon and demon slayer love drama there are three lifetimes than last 9-10 episode everything reveals related Shao cang falsely convict and main villain came from great path sect non-other than the premier of great path leader ying zi wei our ml sifu ????????if that happens it was so typical I didn't even need to read novel I can predict.
Lastly, the whole drama so far gives Sen Lou vibes the so-called demon lord no need to take him (it) seriously.

p.s. so far the new demon ml and the thousands year old most hated demon lord sen lou conversation are funny. I mean I like how it was ml controlling him and didn't take him seriously. it was funny.

FINAL REVIEW : FINISHED WATCHING WHOLE DRAMA, END CONCLUSION IT'S A WASTE OF EVERYTHING MONEY TIME DATA HEALTH
IN ONE WORD SKIP IT

THANK ME later

What a mess

Let's start with what I didn't like:
1) Editing. From the voice over to the flow of the scenes to the episode duration, someone just either never got paid to do it, or just pressed the AI button and let 01 bits take their course.
2)Lack of chemistry. Two exceptionally beautiful people who fell in love bc it was in the script. Especially the FL, with the atrocious voice over, came out as emotionless.
3) The plot. The relationship btw the leads was more of a second thought than the main focus. Also, so many secondary characters that dominated so much screen time I had to speed watch half of the drama. Also, what's with the songs???Not everything has to be an in drama video clip, reminiscing of past scenes. Especially when the romance is lacking.
4) The fight scenes. Most of them incomplete, you only get the end result and that as an afterthought.
5) The villain(s). At first it's the ML, then you hate Shi Zu, then it's Sen Luo(who just dies more easily than expected), then it's the Evil Sect, then it's the Sword Sect Master to end with the Premier, what a mess, every 5 episodes you get a new villain introduced.
6) Why for the love of all chinese drama gurus out there the FL's paternity was never questioned? Is it such a taboo to ask "Who is your father?" Maybe he's the problem here and not every other Tom, Dick and Harry?
7) The ending. Inconsistent, unexplained just HE for the sake of it.

What I liked
1) The Dragon Lord
2) FL's mother's plot
3) Zhang Linghe. But I've yet to see him with a FL he's got chemistry with.

A xianxia rom-com with a bunch of predictable cliches and overused tropes

Days before I started this show, I had read one fourth of the novel and found that it has a very promising premise. However, my expectations is cut short when the show began airing. I never expected that they changed the plot from the timeline, the identities of the characters, how the leads encountered each other, and blah blah blah.

Getting past 6 episodes was gruesome for me so I decided to use fast-forward and skip button, especially the Great Path Sect arc (I'm really serious, they need to have their senses knocked into their stupid heads). All I can say is that the whole plot is predictable from the get go. And why xianxia dramas love to show good guys in disguise as the ultimate villain? I'm tired of this kind of story and wish there's something more, though I can't set my bar high too much. Also, the writers attempted to create 'love at first sight' trope of the main leads. Even though I had no problems with them, it seemed weird for them to develop a mutual understanding in such a short time. The only redeeming quality is the comedic antics by Yin Ya and Mu Zhanting - their interactions are very refreshing for the upcoming angst in the latter part of show.

Superb acting from the whole assemble of casts especially Zhang Linghe, Jing Tian, Darren Chen, and Chang Long. I must say that this is the best styling for Zhang Linghe so far - he looks devilishly handsome and gorgeous in his demon attire. As for Jing Tian, I feel that her character needs a little improvement - at first she seems to be a quick-witted and strong girl, but in the latter half she is reduced to a damsel-in-distress (same thing happened in Wonderland of Love).

The OSTs are too mellow and not to my liking. Background music has a modern vibe attached on it.

Will I rewatch? Definitely a big no! I'm really sorry to say this but I can't stand this show any longer. A one time watch will do. However, if you're a fangirl of Zhang Linghe, then this might be the best show for you. Good luck and happy watching!

Unsatisfactory Ending

Zhang Ling He was the main reason I chose to watch "Love's Rebellion." The drama started off well, but as the story progressed and the revelations about Nan Yan and her mother’s secret unfolded, it began to feel more like a fairy tale, perhaps more appealing to a teenage audience. The abrupt ending left me unimpressed. However, I do appreciate the performances of Darren Chan, Chang Long, Gao Lu, Huang Hai Bing, and, of course, our main leads, Zhang Ling He and Jing Tian.

If you are a Zhang Linghe fan....

At first I wasn't sure about this drama because it started out so slow. I usually give anything I watch 3 episodes before I decide to finish it or not. But for Zhang Linghe I carried on. It took me until episode 7 to get really interested in it. I'm so glad that I continued watching.

Zhang Linghe was absolutely amazing in this.

Was it as good as SOKP? No, but it was so close.

If you're a fan of Zhang Linghe definitely give this one a try.

If There's a Will, There's A Way; Real Love Will Always Rebel!

ZLH was the reason I wanted to see this drama and we all know he can have chemistry with a pet rock plus when he wears dark colors and his character is darker, it's fantastic. That said, JT is no slouch either, so was really wondering about their chemistry together. Their story together was one that really had you understand that where there's a will, there's a way and that real love that is destined, will rebel.

Pros: Favorite character is the ML or SC/JY; though he was always the one who took the blame for things that weren't his fault just to try to set things right even when it almost never worked as he wanted. His love towards FL or NY grew gradually (really wish there were more kissing overall) and even if we thought that first arc took way too long, it showed that growth plus the introduction of the fox and young dragon lord who though two extreme personalities, ended up being the best friends of these two or sworn brothers though it would be more correct to say sworn siblings since NY was a girl. I liked how both evolved from annoying or obnoxious to understanding and mature. The first arc was more comical because we knew real angst was to come. JY becoming a demon that never lost his intelligence or really went too demonic that he couldn't control was rare or he was able to snap out of it and that made his character even more real and interesting. NY's mom tied her and JY together and even when he forgot everything due to becoming a demon, his heart remembered and that's what the Love's Rebellion really was.

Other favorite characters were FL's Mom, Chief Meng, the Dragon Lord, A Mian, NY's God pagoda Shifu, that kid from the Great Path sect that never gave up on SC even towards the end, Uncle NY. Even the cheesy demon Ghost God Sen Lou was more there for dark comedic amusement. Every single one played an important role in getting our leads to where they needed to go to destroy the mastermind. Actually there ended up being two masterminds; the one who kept stealing disciples’ souls in the mask or as people in the comments called him "the young John Travolta" and who Dragon Lord sacrificed himself for but of course JY was blamed for it because he was there and his sword was used though not on his own accord. You’d think by that point, those that were his friends would know he would never do that.

The real mastermind was dealt with in the second to last episode but almost everyone knew or suspected it was him from episode one. It was just too obvious. And he was beyond evil; he literally killed everyone and anyone that either stood in his way or he could gain anything from. He trapped spirits for his own use and gain under the guise that they were evil. Most were dead but thankfully the Fox clan survived. NY ended up being his daughter but thankfully she understood that other than DNA, they were total enemies considering that it was because of him that her mother died and JY’s parents were killed by him as well and he had the heart illness due to his immortal heart being taken by this freak just like NY’s mom; plus all the frame jobs and making JY become a demon. This monster would have killed the world if he won.

I consider this a fantasy not a Xianxia and therefore it made a lot of sense with CGI that wasn't overpowering and reincarnations. I really liked their costumes, sets were predictable as they've been used in many dramas and OSTs were great too.

Cons: It turned into a reverse harem with FL's mom where three men loved her and the one that she loved back and conceived a daughter with, killed her because of his inner demon that he conveniently blamed everything on. I really wish they didn't make the mastermind so obvious from the get go. Another point of contention was the repetition that I had with the leads promising transparency with each other only for JY to go off halfcocked to keep FL safe. Finally the Fox told him the truth and I was glad someone did. JY was always willing to "fall into the abyss" for NY without her having a say.

The show started slow and I wasn't even sure I wanted to watch it though it did pick up in episodes 4 and 5; that could have been done better. Furthermore, as we reached episode 26 out of 36 and then 28, they were still packing on conspiracies and information instead of starting to untangle the web. The mad dash to the finish line was not done well. I felt episode 35 was the best with the good guys working together except how was Li Chi still alive? When did he switch into that disciple's body and how did those people know it was him and not that senior? And how did his sister know it was him and uncle NY helped with his dying breath to bring him down? No ending explained for any of the disciples either; like what became of them? What in the what? All this preplanning wasn't shown to us like the leads and the good guys going after the big bad. It left me very confused.

Also what was episode 36? How did they determine that NY had to kill JY to get rid of all of the demons in his body in 3 days of the battle with big bad and than she sacrificed all three hearts and her own cultivation that were held by her to bring him back in 3 years? Where did these numbers come from? 36 was weirdly edited too; from the wedding to the fight with no real transition and than we didn't see the entirety of the fight but fade to black and 3 years later, after hotpot with now King Fox and new Dragon Lord with a wife and a son himself, she goes to the market, hears JY's voice and the mark her mom imprinted on them both that had vanished when JY died the first time before becoming a demon magically reappears and there he is! Wham bam boom! Memories and all. Of course, ending with standing under the same umbrella but not saying a word to each other. But literally zero explanation on anything else. It was like watching a separate series. It could have been done way better.

Would I recommend it? I would, just suspend disbelief a lot towards the end. I did really like the story and romance that even in the face of tremendous odds withstood the test of time.

The Xianxia That Left a Strong Impression on Me.

"Love's Rebellion" tells the story of Nan Yan, a young girl who is exceptionally skilled in medicine, an alchemist who studies medicine and poison to cure her mother's heart disease. One faithful day, she was picking up herbs in the woods when she encountered some members of the Evil Path sect, her mermaid pearl caught their eye. So, they wanted to kill her, Nan Yan knew she doesn't stand a chance against so many demons, she tried to make a run for it. However, although she ran fast, the Evil Path sect members were faster. They caught up with her, and coincidentally Ji Yang happens to be in the area. Ji Yang is the monarch "Shao Cang" of the Great Path Sect who is on the run after being wrongly accused of killing his fellow sect members. When Ji Yang saw that Nan Yan was in danger, he helped her fight off the demons by lending her a hand. The demons flee, but Ji Yang caught up with them and slayed them. Shortly after that, he fainted due to the injuries he sustained while he was imprisoned. Nan Yan saw the unconscious Ji Yang and brought him back to Lunar Sect of Lunar Mountain.

After Ji Yang regained his consciousness, he found himself in an unfamiliar place, and saw Nan Yan who claims to have saved him. In the woods, Nan Yan thought she was able to overpower the members of the Evil Path because her cultivation improved, but little does she know that it's Ji Yang who helped her. However, it's indeed a fact that she did bring him back when he was unconscious. So, this two saved each other if you're to ask me. Nan Yan wants to refine the Five-Poison heart pill to save her mother who has a heart disease, and coincidentally, Ji Yang also has the same illness. The question is, are this two each other's destiny, or just normal passer-by? Well, it's the later. Their relationship started with some misunderstandings, or should I call it bickerings instead? In a short while, their relationship blossomed, leading to these two falling for each other. After a series of coincidence, she formed a bond called "the seal of romance" with Ji Yang. Not long after, Mu Zhang Ting came along, then Yin Ya. These four individuals eventually became friends.

Actually, before this drama began airing, the two leads "Zhang Ling He and Jing Tian" and the trailer were enough for me to have high expectations. When this actually aired, it met my expectations and even exceeded it, but there's a flaw that almost made me drop this drama in its first three episodes. However, its merits were enough for me to outlook the flaw.

FLAW; I started the first episode thinking that it will be very interesting that I'd want to rewatch it, but sadly, I was disappointed. The first three episodes were both boring and slow, that's a fact. "Is this it? Really? Here I thought this would be worthwhile, was I wrong?" Those were the questions that kept going through my head. On the other hand, I also said this to myself, "let's see what the next episode has to offer. After all, this is not the first drama which its first episode is slow." That's how I watch the next episodes, up until I reached episode 4. To be honest, I almost dropped this during the first three episodes, but I decided to persevere and watch more because the two leads "Zhang Ling He and Jing Tian" are one of my favourites. I'm glad I persevered, my perseverance paid off. It just confirmed this saying, "Perseverance pays off". From episode 4 onwards, it kept getting better and better, till I had no complaints whatsoever about this again.

MERITS;
Romance
What made me love this drama more is the romance. Zhang Ling He and Jing Tian really had the chemistry I never knew they could have. Their chemistry is off the charts, one of the best I've seen. Ji Yang and Nan Yan's love for each other is both true and unique. It's usually the ML always protecting the FL, but here? It's different. They take turns in protecting each other. Even when Ji Yang became a demon and couldn't remember a thing, not even his name, when he saw Nan Yan from afar, he felt this connection with her. Since he doesn't remember his name, he named himself "Yin". To be honest, since Nan Yan is now a demon slayer, this two couple made this show much much more interesting. I really love the trust this two has in each other. You know when you've forgotten your beloved, but your heart remembers, this is what the drama shown. I just love the chemistry our main coulple has. Also, they look cute together. I never knew this pair could work, but it actually did. And very perfectly at that!

Acting/Casting; The casts delivered outstanding performance, especially Ji Yang, Nan Yan, and the other two leads.
Well, I'm not familiar with the other two leads, so I'll only focus on the ML and FL whom I'm more familiar with. Zhang Ling He and Jing Tian, these two actors always impresses me everytime I watch their dramas. Their spot on facial expressions, the way they portrayed their emotions leaves me speechless. Darren Chen and Chang Long's acting also exceeded expectations. To be put bluntly, "Loves Rebellion" has one of the best acting you can find when watching a drama. Although I hoped some supporting characters stayed much longer in the drama, characters such as Nan Yan's mother "Nan Ruo" and Chief of the Lunar sect "Meng Zhi Guang" these two made the show much more fun. I love when they play Mahjong, it's a pity that their characters were short lived.

Beautiful OST; I've watched many interesting drama in which their OST were just average. However, Love's Rebellion is not just interesting, but its OSTs are also beautiful. We get beautiful OST from different artists; I'm Willing by Wang Tiange, Hand in Hand by Allen Fang, Like Our First Meeting by Maria, Clear by Li Hao, and Two Selves by Yang Kun. I'm not sure if that's all, but those are the OST I can remember. Each OST has its meaning that suits this drama. Among the listed OST, my favourite is "I'm willing by Wang Tiange and Hand in Hand by Allen Fang". As the saying goes "love is not about worth, but willingness", the OST "I'm willing" suits that saying very perfectly.

Strong Character Development; One of the reasons that made me love "Love's Rebellion" is the character development. I love how the four leads character gradually developed from what they used to be. Here are the character development of the four leads below;
Nan Yan; Although she's highly skilled in medicine, but she's of low cultivation. She only cared about curing her mother and Ji Yang's heart disease. But after undergoing a series of heartbreaking events, where she lost her loved ones, she came to realize that "only the capable can protect and hold on to the ones they love and cherish". Hence she embarked on the journey to become strong. "When there's a will, there's a way," After much cultivation, she improved gradually, and became a high cultivator and demon slayer in a short amount of time. I love how her character developed into a strong and badass one.

Ji Yang; He has always been a high cultivator whom very few people could rival in the cultivation realm. He was eloquent and articulate at 6, won the champion of magic at 8, he reached Yuanying realm at 13, and took the throne at 18. That's who Ji Yang/Shao Cang is. However, unfortunately, he died in the fifth valley. Although he died in the fifth valley, he was later resurrected, but without his memories and as a demon. Though he didn't have his memories, but his kindness, ability to discern right from wrong didn't fade away, also, he's much more powerful than he ever was. He now has in his possession the power of a god. His is a combination of goodness of Ji Yang and the ruthlessness of "Yin", balancing each other. I loved how his character developed into a much more powerful character.

Yin Ya, a fox, who thinks of cultivators as despicable because of how his clan was wrongfully imprisoned in the spirit binding formation. He also loves to play tricks, he even betrayed his friends (Ji Yang, Nan Yan, and Mu Zhang Ting) quite a number of times. But after they went through life and death together, the fox who only cared about saving his clansmen came to know the true meaning of friendship, also, he came to realize that not only family is important, friends are too. The way his character developed into a loyal and caring friend is what I loved most about him.

Mu Zhang Ting, the young dragon lord of Dragon Capital, who loves writing poems more than he does cultivation, he's also a very loyal person. He thinks of himself as a literary talent, so he didn't think much of becoming stronger. When he thought one of his friends had died, he wanted revenge, but sadly, he lacked the capability. He practiced for three years and became much stronger. Although, he became stronger, he didn't give up on being a poet. I love that about him.

Comedy; "Love's Rebellion" also has scenes that'll make you laugh, the characters itself are a fun to watch. Ji Yang and Nan Yan unique character will put a smile on your face. The fox "Yin Ya" also is very funny. The funny poems of Mu Zhang Ting is the funniest. Mu Zhang Ting's character added a lot more fun to the show with his poems that'll will make you laugh non-stop. Poems such as, "across the sky, a sudden lightening. It must be the Jade Emperor yawning." All characters performed exceptionally well in their respective roles. Especially the ML and FL.

Emotional Aspects; "Love's Rebellion" is also an emotional drama that'll move you to tears. Ji Yang and Nan Yan first separation is an example of the emotional part. Their separation was accompanied with an emotional but beautiful OST, making the scene all the more sad. Also, our four friends were also separated for three years. This drama has much more that I can't describe in a word or two. Watch "Love's Rebellion" and you'll find out about what I speak of.

As for the ending, I'll only say this, it's a very satisfying happy ending , the ending I hoped for. Whether it's drinking, working, exercising, or eating, "moderation is best." So, I'll stop here, and leave you to watch and find out more about the drama and its ending.
As you can see, this drama has but a flaw, a flaw that's almost insignificant. All the rest are strengths. I'm giving this drama a full 10 not only because I think the ratings doesn't do this drama justice. I'm giving it a full 10 for four reasons. The first reason is because of the chemistry the main couple has and how cute they look together. Secondly, the friendship of the four main characters. Thirdly, I love the the engaging story and top tier acting of every casts. And lastly, I'm giving it a perfect score because the ending wasn't disappointing.

In conclusion, "Love's Rebellion" is a captivating drama that'll cheer you up and make you sad. The Xianxia that leaves a strong impression on me this year after The Legend of Shen Li. This drama will make you ride the waves of emotions. Every episode is like opening a Pandora box that has surprising things inside. It's a drama that won't make you feel bored. A drama that'll keep you entertained through and through. So, this is a drama I'd recommend for anyone, it's a must watch, a "masterpiece" to be precise. Join the fun ride and watch this Xianxia that's packed with romance, friendship and mystery. It'll be worth your time. Want to watch a drama that has excellent acting, engaging story, captivating plot, beautiful OST, and electrifying chemistry between the main couple? Love's Rebellion fit what you are looking for!

NOTE; If you want to watch this drama, don't let the low ratings discourage you from watching. Ratings don't speak for a drama most times, the content does. I know it cuz I've watch quite a number of dramas that has low ratings here on MDL, and they turned out to be very engaging and captivating. Place your judgements only after trying this one out, it all depends on preferences. If it's your type of drama, then you'll love it, if it's not, you can do the opposite.

Starting it off slow but it gets interesting!

For the first few episodes it started off with a lot of character introduction mixed with a lot of funny moments. According to the latest eps, the story is getting more mysterious and heavy. besides, the chemistry between the leads is amazing, age gap is no problem at all. ZLH is serving both great acting and looks! on a side note, some people might find this cringe, but I assure you there are many dramas out there that is cringer than this. this one can't be qualify to be called "cringe" I fear (seen 10 EPS)

Really liked this even with all the cuts

I enjoyed this drama a lot and found that only the last episode was a real problem for me with the editing. I get that they made a lot of cuts all the way through this but I still didn't find it that hard to watch. All the actors did really great in this and they were such a joy to watch. Have to point out that Zhang Ling He was amazing as this character and I just really love watching and supporting dramas he does.

Two other characters I really loved in this was Mu Zhanting and Yin Ya. Mu Zhanting was hilarious in most of his scenes I couldn't stop laughing at him, and Yin Ya was adorable and proved he was a loyal friend in the end. Loved the chemistry between Zhang Ling He and Jing Tian and loved their scenes together. I don't think this drama should just be judged on the editing when the actors did an incredible job. I say give it a watch and see if you like it or not everyone has their own opinions.

I am enjoying this drama so much
I also want to use this opportunity to make some friends here who are interested in c dramas like me
seeing him again in another historical drama is thrilling cause he puts in his all and doesn’t disappoint the fl is also good kudos to her and the other casts,I like the young dragon lord acting whenever it’s gets to his scene I always know he will do something funny and always making his father worried and tired at same time
there are more thrilling things to see looking forward to how it ends

Enjoyed it nonetheless!

I know so many people are not happy with this drama but here is my honest opinion"

I came here fro Zhang Linghe but i also had in mind the negative reviews i read.

Good points:
-Beautiful faces, set and costumes
-Overall good story, and good mother backstory
-ML great acting
-Side characters are unique and likeable
-Really nice OST & BGM i loved it
-When you get bored, it can get better than boring then better so there is a dynamic going on

Bad points:
(assuming tight budget was the cause, i honest tried my best to overlook them)
-Bad editing (Especially at the begining)
-Bad voice quality and why was Jiyang whispering all the time
-Abrupt cut in scenes ( again because they had to cut 2 episodes to fit the budget)
-Rushed in places that shouldnt be rushed and too draggy in some places when not necessary
-FL had like, stiff acting? (maybe it is the character herself)
-They cut way too many juicy scenes for the budget (wehyyy)

I always put myself in FL shoes but here i couldnt at all.. I was just enjoying ZhLH's eyecandy acting and hair and makeupe and clothes

They should add review for production lol
