Loved the girlfriend talk between Zhi Yi and Ning. It really confirmed that she no longer is running away from her feelings for Xie. This becomes further cemented when she flat out tells Zhang Zhe that she loves Xie. No word weaseling involved. And while I know he is a good guy, I'm low-key annoyed that Zhe didn't at least offer her his umbrella when she left. Rude. Fortunately, Xie sent Jian Shu for her with an umbrella, at least. Naturally, Xie misinterprets her meeting with Zhe and throws another jealous fit, ending it by aggressively kissing her - but we get a milestone moment when she finally, actually kisses him back.

In the previous episode, I really like when Marquis Yan said the Emperor was mature and not too hasty to cast judgement to Yan Family coz the Emperor was wise enough sending Zhang Zhe that know Xie Wei. As expected the hand of a scholar looks so pretty. Xie Wei joking and teasing Ning'er. Xue Shu really full of herself, she thought she can do what she wants and no one wld deny her. When ppl mad at her, she was blaming other ppl. She came and interrupted the Emperor and then had the nerve to be mad she was disparage. Oh nooo Fangyin. ZHOU YINZHI!! The way i laughed when Xie Wei was jealous bcs Hang Zhe can't take his eyes off Ning'er. To have all three MLs in one frame and place.I think now Zhang Zhe and Ning'er will remain as good friends. That's good. Wait... No. I think ZZ will find a good time to confess to her ig. Or myb when he knows Xie Wei and Ning'er together, he will concede. NOT THE MISUNDERSTANDING! JIAN SHU!! IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT! Hmm.. Like ZZ said myb if something bad didn't happen to his mom, they might be together but in reality they were not fated together. To cut the tension, Ning'er shld tease him that he was jealous and reassure him by telling what had happened. The problem was with him too. Idk both of them deserve each other I guess. I really love those three guys moments, Lyu Xian, Dao Qin and Jian Shu. They were hilarious. Yan Lin was so mature, a round of applause for him!
