Rooting for the wrong team?

Am I the only one who really feels so sorry for Mi Kyung? I think she deserved better than to be broken up with on her birthday by a man who didn't even remember the date! I know Sang Su is totally obsessed with Su Young, but would waiting one or two days have made any difference to either of them?And conversely, it may have been the first time that I actually felt sorry for Gyeong-Pil! He probably had no idea why Jong Hyun attacked him!I know I'm supposed to be rooting for the leads to end up together, but right now, I'm hoping for happy endings for Mi Kyung and Jong Hyun.
