This drama portrays twenty-three years in the life of a husband and wife who lost their only daughter in the Great Hanshin Earthquake. Ichiko and Tasuke lose their daughter Reiko during the Great Hanshin Earthquake of 1995. After divorcing, they go on to live separate lives but gradually come to accept their daughter's death.
