A glimpse of hope in darkness
This very short movie follows two high-school girls and the relationship between them is established from the get go, and so is the main conflict. What we see here is nothing new, it's a sad reality of every day no one should go through, but it's rather common, especially for women. I was honestly worried going in, because I know how it often ends, however, this one surprised me.The acting was very good, chemistry was there and the story itself was heavy, but with a glimpse of hope. It was only about 10 minutes long, but sent me in a roller coaster of emotions -- sadness, anger, concern, happiness...A truly amazing work in such a short time. I know reality is not great, and in GL media it is shown way too often, but this movie left me a smile and a little bit of hope.
I hope to see more from the creators and actresses. I would love to see this as a long movie, but even as a short one, it's an amazing work.
