The story begins with the assassination of the Wulin alliance leader, Shen Yu Men. His lookalike, Meng Xiao Hua, was coerced into assuming Shen’s identity. Xiao Hua, a lowly cook with no martial art skills, suddenly found himself thrust into a treacherous world where he could not tell friends from foes.
