Lung Ta (2015)

Documentary delving into the problems confronting Tibet using as its motif the concept of the Lung Ta, wind horses said to run up to the heavens bringing wishes from humans to the gods. Shocked by the series of self-immolations in Tibet, Ikeya teamed up with Nakahara Kazuhiro, the so-called "Dalai Lama architect" who has supported Tibet for three decades, to document the former political prisoners who fled to India.
