The Double

Plot is somewhat similar where FL takes the identity of someone who looks like her and powerful is by her side both set on revenge and justice

Pursuit of Jade has a character with a fan and The Double also has a character with a fan. That makes them exactly the same.

Rebirth theme where the FL came back fighting to save the lives of her family members. A good short drama which is an underrated drama.

A hit drama that centers on a second chance at life and features an incredibly smart, strategic female lead. It has high tension and deep political maneuvering.

Both FLs are betrayed by their husbands and buried alive. Both MLs have unknown motives at first and carry a fan. Both plots involve the FL (or the person she's posing as) being framed for a miscarriage.

It hasn't started yet, of course, but the older FL younger ML premise is the same. Both period pieces with WXY as ML

- Ml is obsessed with Fl

FL was also reborn for revenge. It also has a dramatic style. But it has much better story, acting, music, everything.

- FL both live as a noblewoman
- Both real ahgassi save the FL's life.

Xue Fang Fei, the daughter of a wealthy magistrate, loses everything after a major upheaval. She’s saved by Jiang Li, the daughter of the Secretariat Director, and takes on Jiang Li’s identity to return to the capital. With help from Duke Xiao Heng and others, she faces numerous challenges, fights injustice, clears her father's name from wrongful imprisonment, aids Xiao Heng in seeking justice, and protects the people.

Same actress playing the main character, the FL is cunning and lets herself be used as a pawn in the power plays that the ML creates

I'm surprised that no one recommends The Double for Zang Hai. If you're curious on why I recommend this, here's why:
-both have smart leads (ML in Zang Hai and FL in The Double, well to be fair, their counterparts are also smart)
-their counterparts help them out whenever they need help
-good chemistry between the leads for both dramas
-most importantly, both focus on revenge (if you think they'll go soft when there's a romance tag, let me tell you: you're wrong!!!)

- FL is not who she says she is,
- smart FL and ML,
- captivating storyline that make you wonder what's gonna happen next

*While both are adaptations of the same core narrative, you may notice some differences between them.
*The main themes revolve around revenge and romance.
*If you liked one, chances are you'll enjoy the other as well.
*And if you haven’t watched either yet, they’re definitely worth a try.
