An installment from program B of an omnibus about mysterious creatures made as part of the first film project by Polar Circle, a collective founded by director Kageyama Shu who has gathered together an eclectic range of unique filmmakers. Two former track and field athletes visit a remote and presumed uninhabited island after they receive word that an incredibly fast man lives there.
