An installment from program A of an omnibus about mysterious creatures made as part of the first film project by Polar Circle, a collective founded by director Kageyama Shu who has gathered together an eclectic range of unique filmmakers. Once upon a time and place, a war is raging. Junior high schooler Hikari, who is sick of eating nothing but potatoes day in and day out, falls in love with a wounded captive from the enemy country. Her best friend Yomogi, who dreams of becoming a poet, tell her that the captive is in need of a mysterious flower called "Wewill" and sets off on her own to pick it.
