Saenginson (1986)

Set in the Joseon Empire period, Eon Nyun is a poor lady-in-waiting and maid to noblewoman Jung Ok. When both give birth to a baby on the same day, Eon Nyun switches the babies around secretly, and after the death of Jung Ok, raises her daughter Gan Nan - who has a boil on her middle finger - as Yeon Ju (the daughter of Jung Ok), and the actual Yeon Ju as Gan Nan, who becomes Gan Nan's maid. Both grow up that way until Yeon Ju (actually Gan Nan) leaves for marriage, and Gan Nan (actually Yeon Ju) gets thrown out of the house as she, in order to escape the discrimination she faces at home, follows some christian missionaries and their teachings.
