Life Is Drama (2022)

Mini-show with potential but poor execution

This is an ok mini-show. The storyline is interesting enough but the execution is rather bumpy. There are serious holes in the story and things left unexplained.
Character wise we get a strong and smart FL that has a history with ML who is powerful and clever. The chemistry between them is good but not outstanding.
Acting wise this is not one of the best mini-shows. The ML and FL are good but the rest of the cast varies in skills which gives us a hint that this is a low-budget production. Don’t get me wrong, low-budget productions can be really good if managed well, sadly this is not really one of these - even if it is far from the worst I’ve seen.
Anyway, if you like a romantic drama with an interesting storyline, this is an ok watch.

short but doable

the thing that got me through this drama was the main leads and their storyline chemistry

I’m a sucker for childhood connection tropes but I found myself hating the obsessed arranged marriage girl

it’s bingeable I watched all the episodes throughs compilation on YouTube

i like that the storyline tried to be mature but not childish although I can’t say the same for that crazy psycho girl

not exactly memorable but I wouldn’t say it’s not forgettable either

I loved the casting and the styling the pacing did take a while but it picked it up quite a bit

another pro we have a awesome male lead and a female lead in this drama so the kudos goes to them and the actor and actress portraying the both of them in the cdrama
